It was enough golf course for a pleasant rounding with my wife and son. All the staff were kind There was a slight delay in the middle of the rounding, but it was convincing enough. Course layout is essential for the first visit, and the hall sign is not detailed in the middle It was a happy time where all the family members were satisfied.

I recently played Mayfair Country Club, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The course layout itself is enjoyable, and the greens were in really good condition for the most part. The putting and chipping areas were also decent, which was nice to see. However, the course does have several areas that need attention. There were multiple spots under repair throughout the fairways, and there's a temporary green, I believe on hole 12. The tee boxes could also use improvement, as several had a lot of sand and weeds. Another thing to note is that there is no full driving range, only two nets to hit into. That may not be a dealbreaker for everyone, but it is something to know before arriving. My biggest concern was the course design in certain areas. Some greens are very close to tee boxes, and several holes run parallel to one another. At times, it felt like that could create a safety concern, especially on a busy day or with less experienced golfers on the course. The restaurants and clubhouse were nice. All were very welcoming and pleasant to talk to. I may return at some point, but I would not say I am eager to do so. There are definitely some positives here, especially the greens and the overall layout, but the course needs some work before I would be excited to play it again.

Great place to go if you can get a deal. Most fairways are good, some tee boxes need a lot of work but the greens were spot on. New clubhouse is fantastic, food is pretty good. Friendly staff with nice carts. Alcohol selections were limited when asked for non-carbonation. 4/5

Sanford’s golf course finally opened it’s new clubhouse ! Couple years in the making, the staff worked very hard to ease golfers around during this time ! Now it’s time to enjoy the new facilites and play golf in this jewel amongst Florida’s golf courses !!
