I am partial as I am an equity member, but this is the best maintained course in the area. The people are the star here though. I became a member a little over a year ago and it has been the best decision of my life. The course has also improved a lot since I signed up. New white sand fluffly bunkers and new updated concrete cart paths. The carts are new as well. But the people here are why you want to play here and you’ll see why this is yen best golf membership in the area. I played 91 rounds here last year and I took off 6 months from golf at the end of the year. The food here is some of the best in town. And I am talking about seafood, steaks and American-Italian pasta dishes. The burgers rival Breakers and Big Mike’s with their tasty pretzel buns and high quality fat drenched grind with their tastiest hand battered onion rings. They also have some amazing flatbreads. The crust is top notch and The Philly Cheesesteak Flatbread is out of this world. The soups and lunch specials are hard for me to pass up when I am playing. The Reuben is great and the clam chowder is better than most with lots of fresh clams. The Tuna appetizer is better than most sushi spots around here. So come out and play some golf and if you play on a Friday, around 5 pm you can watch the weekly local air show the citizens of this, the largest Fly-In golf community in America put on themselves. Go sign up for a seasonal golf membership or even a social membership where you can come play tennis, Bocce Ball, and Pickleball. They also have Trivia nights, Mah Jong, Dancing and other social activities to enjoy with the great people of this club. I am a member for life and can’t imagine not having these wonderful people in my life. The golf is just extra!

Course is in beautiful shape! Disregard the reviews about the condition. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was pace of play. Played twice in one week with same problem both times.

Today we played Spruce Creek CC. The fairways on the front nine were very thin. The back nine were a little better. Tee boxes were very poor. Looks like they had a rough winter. The greens were just rolled and were very fast but true. Today was extremely windy which made a fairly easy course play harder. Bunkers were not raked but you could rake them yourself and replace the ball to get out. The fly in was a good course to play but their PRICING OF $78 WAS TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY bc of the condition. Will we be back - not till I hear some good reviews. Mar 6,2025

This course is a great course, it’s not too difficult but it a little challenging. I would have gave it 5 stars but the person who opened the place was quite rude and wanted to charge me $2 cash for a cup of coffee from the members coffee, not credit card but cash only…. I recommend the course but if you’re first to tee off don’t plan on them having coffee for sale unless you have “cash”.

My husband and I absolutely love to golf. Today was our first time playing at Spruce Creek and it was honestly not worth the money. The front 9 was okay, but they let on a group of 4 and a group of 5 back to back. We waited at least 10 minutes to play each hole in the back 9. We were not told of the groups ahead of us. Safe to say we will not be returning to this course.
