I’m used to playing cheap courses in the area, but decided to spend a little more and play the palms course today. This place is ROBBERY. I was immediately disappointed by the customer service when trying to get a golf cart. There was no clear workers, and zero help when trying to get a cart or know where to go. It was very sloppy and unclear for someone who has never been here. You basically have to figure it out yourself. The greens are the only good thing about this place. Everything else is god awful. Every other shot is going to be off of either sand or crab grass (see attached photo of tee box). They want 5.00 for a Gatorade out of a vending machine. Overall this place is worth nowhere near the price they charge. I do not recommend.

The Pines Course at Pompano Beach is a great course, has great conditions, offering a challenging yet rewarding golfing experience. However, currently, playing can be a bit of a challenge due to the $95 rate combined with cart path only restrictions throughout the entire course, regardless of weather conditions. Despite this, the greens and surrounding areas maintain their pristine condition, as usual of this establishment. Yet, there's room for enhancement, particularly in the tee boxes and fairways. Overall, it's a fantastic course, but there's an opportunity for improvement in the overall conditions, and a reassessment of pricing would surely be welcomed by the local community.

The course is ok. I love playing the Pines course wonderful greens. It can be very busy at times but if you go to Mike the Starter he’ll find a way to get you tee time. $95 is pricey at cashier office but if you go directly to him and pay to golf he has a very reasonable price and great customer service.

Decent course. Not worth $95 they are charging. More of a $40-50 MAX price course. Can go to way nicer courses for the amount of money they charge here. Should be criminal what some of these courses are doing with the rates.
