The kid at the pro shop aka “I’m the manager” that no one asked for… is an awful person to have as someone to greet guest to this course. Been coming here for years as resident of grand palms and as a golfer. This kid said rudely we don’t take walk ins during high season… again I’ve been coming to this course for years and have walked in countless times. Then he proceeded to say and emphasis that he was the manager ( no one asked him he just said it) and that they don’t allow that and that the time was 30 to an hour wait for a cart . he was rude and didn’t even offer to hit some balls I range while we wait. Just said no Nothing on the website says anything about no walk ins just the price may vary. I have never seen anyone turn away money for me to play golf lol I was told we couldn’t play. So I went online booked the tee time and going to play! 20-30 minutes after. Terrible service nice location.

The hotel appears a little dated, especially the rooms. The room has a refrigerator (very cold😊), coffee pot, so sugar/cream (ask at the desk), no microwave, very small TV, no plug for the tub to soak, nice hot shower. They bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Old air conditioner. Iron and ironing board in the room. Pool look like it needed cleaning, no hot tub. They do have a mini golf course. Ice machine/vending machines are down from the lobby. The lobby is decorated beautifully.😊 Hotel is in a great location, plenty of restaurants to include the hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in February. Overall, the hotel was okay, not great, but not terrible either. The biggest issue was the breakfast, which was honestly the worst we’ve experienced. On some days, the delivery truck didn’t arrive, so there was almost nothing available. That said, the lady in the breakfast area was very kind and did her best. With some improvements to consistency, this place could be much better!

The pictures don't represent the property properly. It creates a facade of elegance, which I'm sure it was in its prime. Everything was outdated including the rooms and the exterior of the property. The rooms felt more like a motel than a hotel. Their free breakfast was worst than the Super 8 we stayed at the next day. I'm glad we only stayed here for one night. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and it was conveniently located.

I’m all about saving a few bucks, but this hotel was just off. First, I want to say that the old saying you get what you pay for easily holds true. The hotel itself the rooms are very outdated, but my room to the point was very eerie and really uncomfortable and that there was a very long mirror closet horizontal on the bed, another mirror on the nightstand across the bed, and a very long mirror at the end of the room where the bathroom vanity was The ambience was just very upsetting. I’m gonna say this, cause it’s weird. I was so freaked out that I was like I’m gonna sleep with the TV on. And I woke up at 3 AM and for some reason it was on some religious video where it was a video on a Bible verse and it was saying Demonic something about demonic creatures. To the point where I ended up waking up and basically with the lights on working until five in the morning. And then I just slept with the lights on from five till about 7:30. I went and took my daughter to school and came back for the breakfast, my expectations for the breakfast or pie. But that’s a picture I’ll attach. I should’ve just gone to Chick-fil-A and save myself to drive an extra 17 minutes. I didn’t need to spend this morning Anyways, they really just need to figure out if they really want this hotel to be a business because I don’t know how they can stay open much longer
