Played 11/15/25. I have to say this is one of the coolest tracks I have played in awhile. No doubt greens and fairways were in an over seed process but that does not take away from the layout and shots to make. I am sub par golfer but play all the time and learned to just enjoy the game. Yes the greens (over seed) were a little bumpy and slow in areas due to growth of rye. I don’t see why this fun yet challenging course gets bad reviews. Staff was super friendly and inviting. This course deserves to be treated well July seeing staff manage the property. I cannot wait to play next weekend. Had some flyovers even

I golfed here today (12/29/25) with my teenage Son and Wife. I’m happy to provide a 5 star review and would absolutely return to play again. The price was reasonable, the layout was fun / open, the golf carts appeared to be nearly brand new and the staff we interacted with were very kind and welcoming. The price was right, too. A little more detail: -Given the time of year it is expected that the course isn’t in pristine form. Very Playable and overall forgiving, but there are enough well placed hazards to keep you honest (ponds, creeks, bunkers). The only criticism would be the condition of the tee boxes. You can find solid ground to hit from, but there are a lot of sandy patches on most of the boxes. The greens were seasonably slow as they should be in December, but overall in good shape and reasonably easy to putt on, too.

Thanksgiving was my first time playing Signal Hill -- I thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so, that I made another booking three days later. It was so windy it felt like playing a different golf course. Look, it's not the longest course, but as a mid-high handicapper, it's perfect for me. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It's a very pretty little layout and in my mind, well kept. I think its a good value and will be back. Thank you.

Ok, I’ll start with this. I don’t know who is writing crappy reviews of this course or why but ignore them! I play a lot of golf, at least twice a week. I incorporate golf into every trip I take. The wife and I are moving here to Panama City Beach in a few years and I believe I have found my home course. The front is flatter than anything I’m used to, playing mountain courses in North Georgia and that took some getting used to. The back has a little elevation but nothing impossible. Tee boxes have actual GRASS on them! The fairways are lush and easy to hit off of (especially for this time of year). Greens were running true. Bunkers are good although I try to stay out of them. The only thing even close to a complaint would be that the cart paths are a little confusing in a few spots but no big, we figured it out. The staff are super nice. Played with my wife and my elderly father in law today and we had a blast! That was the most fun I’ve had playing golf in a long time. We will absolutely be back! Thanks Signal Hill for a great day of golf.

There's so much good and bad with this place, so let's start with the bad... 1. $55 for this course is insulting. 2. The guy working the pro shop is a jerk. 3. Conditions on this course as of 2/28/23 are average at best, ESPECIALLY for a vacation destination (although, I have experienced worse in PCB). 4. No personal coolers for a public course is dumb... but then CHARGING to rent a cooler??? Ridiculous. Now for the good... 1. Short & fun course, yet challenging. 2. The views are amazing and the scenery is above average. 3. I see some reviews saying they charged "out of town people" some kind of extra fee or increased rate... I did not experience that and they didn't charge me more for letting my wife ride along as a non-player. 4. Pace of play was good for a short & busy course. 5. All the other staff (bar/grill, marshall, starter) were very kind & professional. Overall, I would definitely recommend this golf course especially for anyone that couldn't get into Bay Point. We had a nice time, played a fun course and met some amazing people. And while the bar/grill was very reasonably priced, it REALLY grinds my gears that they charge you for "cooler rental" & this is NOT a $50 course. Take some time to admire the views when you play here... especially on the back 9.
