The conditions of the tee boxes, fairways, bunkers, and greens do not reflect the price ($230 a person) of this course. The tee boxes are beat up pretty bad with lots of ignored divots and dead grass. The fairways have bald spots throughout. Most of the bunkers have grass and weeds growing in them. Greens are unevenly cut and slow. I thought this place would be great as it is supposed to be links style, and it is part of the resort with the Copperhead course. Holes 5-12 are links-like, but the rest of the holes are tighter fairways with a lot of trees. I wouldn’t play this course again, and I’d recommend you not as well.

Had read bad reviews and initially wasn't going to play. We went and the course was in good shape. The greens rolled well. There were a few patches in the fairway but not distracting. We enjoyed the course and would play it again.

Greens and layout have good potential...but fairways have too many bad patches and fairways are not always discernable from the rough making play awkward. Definitely needs to be watered better. Staff was great and the area is lovely.

Layout reflects the potential of days past, neglect over time has left conditions akin to a local public track but the cost is multiples higher. Great service all around the resort, Just wish they showed courses beyond Copperhead some love.

1 star is a bit much. To charge 230 for this round… I’d rather pay a dentist to pull a tooth out. Conditions were very poor and greens rolling at at 7
