This morning around 7:44 AM, during very heavy rain, I needed to drop off my twin daughters at the school bus stop. Waiting on the main road would have created traffic and posed a safety risk for everyone, so I briefly pulled into the golf club entrance area shown in the photos. I parked there for a very short time, making absolutely sure that I did not block any entrance or exit, and turned on my hazard lights. While waiting for just a few minutes, a staff member approached in a golf cart and spoke to me in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. Despite my attempt to calmly explain the situation, he refused to listen, took a photo of my license plate without justification, and left while continuing to complain. My only intention was to protect my children from the rain and ensure their safety. I strongly condemn this behavior. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially in a residential community where families and children are involved. I expect management to address this issue and ensure that staff are properly trained to communicate respectfully and act with basic human decency. This experience was extremely disappointing.

Very rude how they treat locals simply walking by or on the sidewalk unaware of the golf course being private. Understandable that they don’t want anyone “trespassing” but the lack of respect is over the roof. It’s a nice golf course except for the fact that there is a seemingly abandoned warehouse In the middle of it that is very unorganized and seems like junkyard for all their old golf carts and more.

Golf course is not maintained very well constantly seeing coyotes wandering the golf course in packs. Beware of these animals are very dangerous

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to comment on the unfriendly staff. I witnessed the staff being very unkind to a pedestrian who happened to walk onto the grounds. I understand it’s a private club but it was really humiliating to watch the way they treated this person, even threatening legal action when the person was making their way off the premises calmly. You could tell they were not aware it was a private club. Needless to say, I will not be coming back.

Several reviews in the past 4 years here. are you sure you have the right golf course? Via Mizner has been closed over 4 years for remodel. It will be great once reopened, Great Nicklaus design but still closed until further notice.
