they charge you $25 a person (with a cart) for 9 holes and for a course that doesn't even have any grass on the greens. The course is in bad shape so not sure what they are doing with the money

I have lived in a few RV parks since making the switch to RV living and I really like this place. Everyone, residents and staff included are extremely friendly and welcoming. The price is great, almost $300 a month cheaper than my last place. They have activities that even my mom is willing to go to and like the pictures show, the view from my lot is phenomenal. There are still some lots available if you're looking. Quiet, friendly and affordable, enough said.
