Our stay at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The property itself is stunning — beautiful beachfront views, immaculate grounds, and an atmosphere that perfectly captures the relaxing luxury of Naples. What truly made the stay special, though, was the service. Ken Minke went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who cares so much about making guests feel welcome and taken care of, and Ken absolutely delivered. Between the amazing accommodations, the gorgeous beach, and the outstanding service, this was one of the best resort stays we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Naples! 🌴🌊

Beautiful resort with outstanding service and amazing sunset views. The rooms are well maintained and have absolutely NO ODOR, which is so rare when you're right on the water. The best part about our stay here was the service. It was exceptional from the beach to poolside to housekeeping. We were very well taken care of by a young, happy team that seemed to be always around when needed, but never hovered. We were particularly impressed with the young men who kept the beach, beach chairs, and umbrellas wonderfully maintained and orderly. A very special thank you to housekeeping, and Kim Hawxhurst in particular, for returning some serums and items that I had forgotten there in the nightstand. Housekeeping bagged and set aside everything before I even realized I had left them, and Kim kept in touch while she tracked down my items and shipped them back to me. It was a very nice cherry on top of a wonderful stay to have my favorite sleep mask come back home to me, thanks to these thoughtful ladies.

Thought about taking one star away after they let themselves into our room when it had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door to drop off a complimentary bottle of champagne. Thankfully we weren’t there 😳. Otherwise the room was mid. Nothing fancy. But the view was amazing and this property is in a great location. Love the pools and hot tub as well.

We did not stay here so I am not rating the resort however we did eat Dinner at their restaurant Baleen. The food, service and the scenery are top notch. It was a blustery evening, but we decided to keep our outdoor table because of the view. My wife and I had the Chef's Signature Special Blackened Gulf Grouper and our son had the Pan Roasted Diver Scallops. All were delicious. Our server Chris did a great tending to our table. I took one Star off due to our appetizer Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. The cocktail sauce was solidified for some reason and I returned a drink which Chris took care of, but it was fine after that. We will definitely return though because it's so nice here.

Our stay at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort was absolutely wonderful. We are truly grateful for the hospitality and for everything we were able to share and experience during our time there. We felt very welcomed, cared for, and comfortable throughout our stay. It was an experience we genuinely loved and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay.
