Description

The Falls Country Club is a private, gated community club in southwest Miami, featuring an 18-hole championship course originally designed by Robert von Hagge in 1980 and renovated in recent years to enhance playability and aesthetics. The par-72 layout (around 6,800–7,000 yards) winds through mature trees, lakes, and native vegetation with strategic bunkering, undulating greens, and water hazards that come into play on many holes, creating a scenic and challenging Florida-style test suitable for all skill levels. It maintains excellent conditioning with year-round playability and a focus on precision approach shots. The club offers a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere with amenities including tennis courts, fitness center, pool, fine dining, and social events. Members appreciate the convenient South Florida location, community feel, and enjoyable golf experience in a lush, residential setting near The Falls shopping area.

We celebrated my mother’s birthday at Ranchos at The Falls and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I came with my wife and my mom, and German truly went above and beyond to make the night special. His service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm — you can tell he takes pride in what he does. All three of us ordered the surf and turf, and everything was cooked to perfection. The steak was tender and flavorful, the seafood was fresh and perfectly prepared. Every bite delivered. The ambiance, energy, and overall vibe of the restaurant made the celebration even better. It felt lively but still comfortable enough to enjoy meaningful family time. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great steak and an even better overall experience. Make sure to ask for German — he’ll take great care of you.

Visited for the first time today, escorted by my wonderful Grandfather. And I have never been more enamored and impressed as I was exploring the Falls. It's absolutely beautiful, the architecture for the water area is absolutely gorgeous with all the stone and fountains, the food is good, and the selection is plentiful. I also like how they were very considerate adding various sitting areas, very well thought out. 10/10 would visit again!

⸻ The Falls Shopping Center – Google Review The Falls remains one of the most beautiful and classy outdoor shopping centers in Miami. The waterfalls, open-air design, and atmosphere bring back many memories for me, especially now that I visit with my children. It has a charm that other malls simply don’t compare to, and it’s great to see small restaurants and shops slowly bringing life back. One important concern is pedestrian safety. Recently, my child and I almost got hit by a car while crossing, which was very upsetting. Clearer pedestrian signage and speed reminders are needed. I know there is a police office by Macy’s, but I rarely see Miami-Dade Metro police presence around the property. Having more visible police—especially with lights on at times—would help remind drivers to slow down and behave. This is a family-oriented place, and safety should come first. I also want to sincerely thank The Falls Security team. I was on crutches, and a security officer—an African-American gentleman with long twists in his hair—noticed me struggling, turned around, and came back to help open the door for me. I don’t know his name, but his kindness truly meant a lot. I’ve also seen other security staff who are friendly, professional, and helpful. On a positive note, I highly recommend visiting the small dessert stand near the movie theater run by a lovely lady and gentleman who make chocolate cakes and several cookies using date sugar. Their desserts are delicious and very healthy. I have diabetes, and my blood sugar did not spike after eating them, which impressed me greatly. Vendors like this are a perfect fit for The Falls. Lastly, I would suggest checking the older parking garage. I noticed visible cracks that may be worth inspecting for safety and peace of mind. Overall, The Falls is a beautiful, family-friendly place with great memories and strong potential. With better pedestrian safety, more visible police presence, and continued support for great vendors and staff, it can truly thrive again. Thank you to everyone who helps keep it welcoming. PS Excellent experience. Although I haven’t visited yet personally, my wife and children have already been several times and consistently rave about it. The staff is outstanding, the setup is beautiful, and the dine-in restaurant concept truly elevates the movie-going experience. A fantastic addition to the mall. Highly recommended

Truly a spectacular outdoor mall, I don't think there is an outdoor mall anywhere else in Miami, but I could be wrong. It's called the Falls, because as you walk around, there's a lot of small bodies of water with rock formations and waterfalls. Now you know where they got their name from! Bloomingdale's used to be here for a very long time, but now Lifetime, that very high-end gym, is located in its place. They have a very good variety of stores, a good eclectic variety of restaurants. The parking is excellent, given that they actually have a small two story parking garage, as well as a standard open parking lot with plenty of space . I would recommend everyone to either park on the North side or the West side of the Falls complex. Most people park on the East side, and that's where it tends to get a little bit full. ⭐ Updated the day before Thanksgiving 2025 - you know this mall closes at 8:00 p.m. officially, and the security is there enforced to try to make everyone leave. You got some of the restaurants have hours that are in direct opposition to the closing hours of the mall, which is something very strange. The Falls starts coming alive on Thursday night. Even at 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday night, there was still amount of decent people there. I noticed that the Regal Bistro cinemas, which are closed and have been closed for some time because they're being renovated, they're making a lot of advertisements about it because I believe that they are going to open the cinema on the same day that they release that movie called "Wicked". In the cinemas are going to be the same type as the ones in Coconut Grove and which you can order food and it's going to have a full bar and basically it's an experience, it's not just sitting there and watching a movie, it's sitting there, being served and watching a movie. I really like this outdoor mall because you get to enjoy God's creation.. even though it's in its Fallen state, that's beautiful to roam around this Open Door Mall, especially during these cooler months in Miami. Dadeland Mall does not even come close, because daylight mall is obviously enclosed. There's just something about walking in an outdoor mall that is absolutely wonderful. They have holiday music playing had a very nice low volume, not too loud, but not too dismal that you cannot hear. As far as the cleanliness goes, the bathrooms are spic and span Karma I see the cleaning ladies working their butts off, and I think they should get a raise. I've heard that many of them are trying to organize and become part of a large Union, which is what the City of Coral Gables cleaning personnel, I don't know what category they fall under, RN negotiations right now as I speak with the City of Coral Gables to become a member of the union, I don't remember the name of the union, I remember seeing an article recently about this. Of course if management is reading this, they're going to get freaked out. But oh well, just adjust your budget and you'll be fine. I took some pictures of the newest advertisements in the mall about the Regal Bistro Cinemas opening very soon.. ✨ I stand corrected, I guess the movie Wicked has already come out on the 21st, and although Regal Cinemas was advertising that they were going to open the same day as the movie release, obviously this is not the case. So I don't know when Regal Cinemas Bistro is going to open ⭐ updated January 26th 2026 the Regal Bistro Cinemas are now OPEN! .
