Horrible customer service. The management clearly doesn’t care about the concerns of their players. The starter is an old man who has nothing better to do with his life but torment players into following stupid rules that don’t exist on any other golf course. If you want to play a nice round of golf, your money is better spent elsewhere. Conditions of the course are very mid as well.

I’ve been playing this course for several years and the service BY FAR is the standard on how to not treat your customers. Checked radar 1 hour before tee time and we thought we were in the clear and booked online through Killians website… I totally understand there is a cancellation policy but that’s not the point of this post. The fun starts when we arrive 30 mins after purchasing our tee time. Rain was on the horizon and we asked the pro shop to cancel our booking given that there was a massive storm outside. We were greeted with the “sorry no refunds.” The girl at the pro shop said we can make up a fake story about a family emergency. Golf is a game of integrity. Long story short they wouldn’t give us our money back and sent us out with the course underwater. Shame on Killian for not caring for the customers. No wonder people keep poisoning the greens. I wish you guys the best. Stop giving this course money until they take a class on customer service.

This golf course looks like it’s on the verge of collapsing and the employees are very unprofessional. The cart girl Anabel’s seems too young to be in that role. Also, can you guys get her a REAL bev cart. What is that, Killian? 💀. Management seems to have questionable hiring criteria. I wouldn't be surprised if other weird things are going on at this establishment. Would not recommend this place to anyone. This place better serves the community when it’s closed.

Maintenance worker drunk and passed out right outside my fence while my two daughters were playing outside. Extremely creepy and unprofessional. Coincidentally, a few months ago, my fence post was struck, fell down, and I had to replace it which cost a lot of money. I asked the golf course to cover the cost and they refused. They have a maintenance worker drinking beer and operating golf carts. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely dangerous.

Went to play here the other day and they are charging $73 for a tee time. This is what you get for the tee times. Tee boxes are regular back yard grass and concrete. Carts have no screens and run slow. I’m sorry but if you’re renovating there’s no reason you should be charging those types of prices. I would stay clear of this place for the time being because it’s a complete rip off and not worth the money. Update (Nov-2023): Went to play here the other day as a last minute round. First of all they upgraded the greens and tee boxes. Finally! You're not hitting off of concrete and back yard grass anymore. Glad to see the course getting better.
