People in this community are very friendly! I wanted to rent a golf cart to show a family member around who I'm hoping will also buy in here & the guy at the pro shop was so nice and helpful! Thank you!

This is a members only course in the 55+ community of Lake Ashton. It is tight and narrow and penalty shots abound for out of bounds. Nice friendly golf shop, lots of older players.

My mother and I stopped by to inquire about renting this venue for an event next year. We had only been there for about five minutes when an older gentleman came rushing over, yelling that our car was going to be towed immediately if we didn’t move it. What made the situation even more upsetting was that there were other vehicles parked in the area when we arrived, yet we did not see him approach or threaten any of those drivers. We explained that we were already leaving, but he continued threatening to have our vehicle towed. His behavior was unnecessarily aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. If there are parking rules, they should be communicated respectfully and enforced consistently. Instead, we were made to feel singled out and unwelcome. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience ensured we will not be considering this venue for our event. I would not recommend doing business with a place that treats potential customers this way.

Today 6/25/26 our senior softball league had a golf outing, what a blast. The manager and ALL the staff welcomed us, im looking forward to returning to play in the future... Bob Z thank you for setting the fun day up!

My husband and I were renting a home in the area last Jan, 2021. We decided to look at Lake Ashton for a possible purchase to become snowbirds. My husband was very reluctant to be in an over 55 community, as we live on a large piece of property in NJ. Once we drove through those entry gates we were absolutely blown away! The grounds were just gorgeous and impeccably kept. The homes were spectacular. With all the amenities, there wasn't even a question that we would not like it there. It took us just a few days to make a purchase on a building lot. The pre construction process was easy and the office staff were so helpful. As we went back to visit our build, the people in the community were so friendly. The food is delicious at both restaurants and the golf courses are well maintained. I could go on and on. We can't wait to get down there and explore the community. I know we made the perfect decision to enjoy our winters there!
