Course is getting better, greens are improving. Staff is very friendly. Pace of play was pretty good, took us 3 hours total( 3 sum ).

Sad what’s happened to this course. What was once a hidden gem is now dirt filled tee boxes, bare fairways, and has been greens. We have given it 3 tries now since they got new ownership (which was 6+ months ago not recently) and each time worse than the last. Charging full price for this and having sprinklers go off mid round is unacceptable. Seems like the bought it to make some quick cash and run it into the ground to sell and build houses

I really enjoy the layout of this course and feel that it could be a great course however, the current condition is not so good. Perhaps a new maintenance crew or head of maintenance is needed there is just as many dead spots and shots your basically hitting from sand but nowhere near an actual bunker. I wish this place nothing but luck in getting it back in shape . I feel it may be a long road. But as I mentioned it is an enjoyable layout and they seem to be trying to make repairs.

Played Meadow Oaks the last two weeks for the first time because we have a friend who lives in Hudson. Greens are in excellent shape, fairways are generally very nice, and pace of play was reasonable for a perfect afternoon in April in Florida. It was worth the hour drive up from St Petersburg for the bargain rates. Fun course to play, with the only caveat being the tee boxes were pretty torn up, if you're a stickler for that sort of thing. Personally doesn't bother me that much, and the rest of the course is fine. Course is a great bargain, and a fun play.

I've played this course many times over the past 10 years. It used to be a good deal. The course is short, 6000 yards from the tips. Greens are in good shape. The fairways and rough on the front are abysmal! I played on 4/3/25. There are very few holes on the front with grass on fairways, no grass of consequence in roughs. Around the greens, lots of chips shots off of dirt. $58 is ridiculous for the course conditions and short length (par 70). I'll give it a year and check it out, but today's conditions were the worst I've experienced in 10 years of playing at this course. The attached photos are from #10 & #9. The first 6 fairways on the front are worse than the photos show.
