This is a factory built homes community close to Winterhaven FL. Anecdotal stories i have heard from friends and relatives who live there is that the ambience of living there has declined greatly in the past few years. Golf expenses have doubled and the the quality of the par 3 golf course is poorly maintained. Apparently golfers now don't feel responsible for any damage caused. The restaurant has undergone several management changes. I think it would be wise to talk to residents before making any purchase decisions.

I love this place it's my home.

Beautiful place, and awesome neighbors! Brandi Sappington is an exceptional individual! She always went above and beyond for us.

There are tennis courts, shuffle boards, horse shoes, restaurant, bar, an area where they have cookouts, Scheduled bingo, cards games,Holiday Celebrations, dances, entertainment, trips, and much more. There is an 18 hole Golf Course, which is a pretty good course. The people that live here are from all over the US and Canada. Their all happy and friendly and love it here too.
