Stayed at Ocean Villas 3. Place was very clean. Nice and cozy. Loved the beach theme. Cute floor plan/layout of the villa. Free bottle of wine! Love the walk in shower! We had access to beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Love that we are on an island! Host has been nice and responsive. Only issue was the neighbor next door thinks she's the property manager. 1st night everything was good then came out the next morning with a note taped to my window. Next day everything was good except for when we stopped by the air BNB for a quick shower before we headed to dinner... The lady next door knocked on our door explaining that we need the handicap tag hung up in the window then proceeded to tell me that they will tow the truck if it's not showing, ECT. I was maybe 30 mins...I didn't see the need to put the tag up, I was leaving again. Today I woke up and had a big orange violation sticker on my window. I stopped at security and they told us to contact the property manager because they have never seen those types of stickers. So we contacted the Air BNB host and they contacted security and the property manager. They stated everything was good and as long as we have the handicap tag and the visitor pass we would be fine. I guess this lady does this often to the guest. **This is just some advice, mind your business... Some people just want to enjoy their vacation with out some Karen butting in. That's why we go on vacation to get away from reality!!

Nice amenities but the main pool was closed as well with some tennis courts. The beach had a steep drop in the water so we had to drive 20 minutes to another beach. We also didnt know that this was a community with older people so everything closed early. Great landscaping and good fishing

On day two of visiting family here in February. Perfect weather. This is a Resort community but works very hard and successfully to be known primarily as a Community. Example; must wear a beach cover up when walking around outside. No towels hang over the railings, speed limit strictly enforced, 15mph. Wrist bands are color coded to differentiate among owners, renters, and guests.

I love it here best resort ever, really nice people ,so much to do, no time for all.. very very well kept!!!

So quiet, yet so much to do within the complex!
