Great reception space with a beautiful coastal feel. I photographed a wedding where the couple had their ceremony right on the beach nearby and then hosted their reception at Cocoa Beach Country Club and it was the perfect setup. The space is open with plenty of room for dancing and celebrating. It’s such a great option for couples who want a beach ceremony without giving up the convenience of a solid, well-run reception venue. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the day, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. If you’re planning a Cocoa Beach wedding and looking for a nearby reception spot that’s both functional and beautiful, definitely check this place out. —Angie Scott Photography

This is no country club.. first of all the restaurant is shut down due to rats. Second of all the course is in absolute terrible shape. Rotting fish carcasses litter the course as vultures pick them apart. I understand there was a freeze and fish died but maybe remove them from stinking up the entire course and probably attracting more rodents in the process. Starter was extremely rude and unknowledgeable of anything going on. We checked in for a 8:07 tee time at 8:02 ready to tee off. We were told we would have to wait 45 minutes for a ladies golf league to tee off, because the starter let some of them go out early, thus blocking up the whole course , while the other ladies were still chatting in the parking lot. After playing 9 we then were told by the starter to play river, where we were kicked off while putting on the first hole , because apparently we were in the middle of the ladies league somehow. After then going to the manager , we were made to wait for 27 minutes until they could figure out where to put us out. There was zero reimbursement for an overpriced and stressful round. I will not be playing here again, especially with the fact I can pay $20 more and play a much nicer course, with staff that is actually happy to be at their job.

For a golf course restaurant....really cheesy. Not sure what people are "raving" about. Where to start? Plastic forks/knives? (Don't even think about a tablecloth) Waitstaff just ok Salad dressing? Small packs of Ken's dressing? Two ketchup bottles on table - both empty Cole slaw not on dish, but small plastic containers like at a deli? Burger bun way too small for burger which was also overdone. Basically a "lunch menu" at 7pm....no actual dinner entrees. (Basically appeals to the "frugal" crowd looking for a $12 fish dish to wrestle apart with plasticware) Overall --- not good.

Disappointing experience at Cocoa beach country club today. The course was overbooked due to a tournament, leading to long waits and a rushed, crowded round. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged the out-of-state rate even though my playing partner (who was with me the entire time) is a local resident—clearly an error or oversight on their part, and it wasn’t resolved on-site. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful from check-in onward, which set a poor tone for the day. Most concerning was the course condition itself—it felt more like a neglected municipal track than anything worth the price. Fairways and greens were in rough shape, and the entire property had a strong, unpleasant dead fish smell that lingered everywhere, making it hard to enjoy the round. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place in its current state. Plenty of better options in the area.

I’ve been a loyal visitor here for a long time, I used to come at least once a week and always looked forward to it. Unfortunately, after today, I can confidently say I won’t be returning. I came with three friends, wearing the same outfit I’ve worn many times before without issue. Out of nowhere, we were told we couldn’t golf unless we changed clothes. The employee claimed it was a “new policy” and that it was “pretty established on the website.” What made the situation so upsetting wasn’t the policy itself, it was the way we were treated. The tone, the look, and the judgment we experienced felt condescending and shaming, as if we had done something wrong or inappropriate simply for how we were dressed. It was embarrassing, unnecessary, and left all of us feeling deeply uncomfortable. I completely understand enforcing a dress code, but there’s a way to communicate with respect and professionalism. This interaction felt more like being slut-shamed than being politely informed of a rule. That kind of treatment has no place in a welcoming or inclusive environment. I’ve always appreciated the kindness of other staff members here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, not just for me, but for any other women who deserve to feel respected and comfortable here.
