We had the PERFECT SITE for our Motorhome. We loved the pools (3) very warm( heated) a wood shop, decent laundromat, they are doing alot of remodeling and updating to keep the park great! We spent most of the time at the pool sunbathing and Swimming!

This review is for the overall look of the park. There doesn’t seem to be any restriction as to how much junk can be stored outside units whether permanent homes or RVs. There are homes that have indoor furniture on the front lawn and residents store all sorts of junk on their space that you can tell is there because it doesn't fit inside their permanent or temporary home. This place could be so much better if they had some standards and enforced them.

So I’ve lived here for eight years. I’ve watched a lot of people come and go in here, but the one person that you can depend on the most is Lucy at the guard Check she has been here forever and she knows everybody knows everything and conte you into the right direction of getting everything done. I also this morning met Jo and Ariana. And they were awesome help with everything I had to do. These ladies are all very good and very polite so make sure if you have any questions. These three ladies are the ones you need to go to.

Large and beautiful campground with new laundry rooms, multiple swimming pools, and more. Golf course looks nice but didn't play on this trip. Staff was super friendly and even guided us into our spot.

We are regulars at Clerbrook it is one of our most favorite parks in Central Florida in the thousand trails system. Sites are spacious, pools are awesome, bathrooms ate clean. So many things to do. We love Clerbrook❤️
