I absolutely love this community and love selling homes in here. It is a very active community and offers over 100 different clubs, the most gorgeous golf course, a great Clubhouse and pool and so much more. The community is tight-knit and looks out after everybody and it is just a beautiful place to be.

It's a very nice place to live. To walk your dog, driver your golf cart around..

Would not live in this place if someone gave me a place. Ok for dogs to poop outside their house n never clean up. Wonderful aroma. NOT. Allow their big dogs to run loose. Thought there was a limit on weight and number of dogs allowed. Guess this doesn't apply to all. Glad I don't live here.

The pool here is the best part of living in the Brookridge community. I was there first thing in the morning and the last thing at night, leaving the sunny hours for those without skin cancer. The rule makers tried to take away some of that fun. Glad I was able to move to happier pastures.

BEAUTIFUL facilities, friendly staff, great place to practice bluegrass gospel music every week! Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen outside of 5-Star hotels!!! Love this place! It's on my bucket list to move to this community if I ever get to retire!!!
