The LInks is OK golf for the price, with the low price green fee comes very slow rounds easily 4 1/2 to 5 hours when the tee sheet is busy (The Links places 7 & 8 minutes between tee times/groups to maximize the amount of potential golfers/green fees & hole #1 is a par 5 & Hole #2 is a Par 3 which aids into slowing things down immediately, also the course does not drain well, there is a lot of standing water & wet area's long after heavy rains. The curse closes consistently after heavy rains due to poor drainage & flooding. Be warned: as of March/April 2026 the tee boxes are beat up, there is a lot of crab grass through out the course and brown/bare spots on the greens. In my opinion, The Links Employee's attitude is fairly standard for a town owned course, not really concerned with ensuring patrons had a good experience at the course. You can decide if the low green fees is worth the golf at the Links.

I golf there quite often the rates are reasonable. The staff is great, and the course is in pretty good shape.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a tee time that I needed to cancel, but since it couldn’t be done online, I spent three days trying to reach someone. After 16 phone calls and multiple emails, I never spoke to a single person. The pro shop extension doesn’t work, and every direct line goes straight to voicemail with no response. Despite making every reasonable effort to cancel, I was still charged for all four players. It’s unacceptable to have no way to contact anyone and then be penalized for it. This course seems more than happy to take your money, but when you need assistance, nobody is available. The complete absence of customer service, accountability, and professionalism made this one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any golf course. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We played the Championship course. You're lucky if you can get your call answered by someone at the pro-shop. The course condition is acceptable except the greens. The greens are very bumpy yet the speeds are good. There are a few challenging holes ; otherwise, the course is wide-open with little hazards. The twlight price provides a good value to play this FL links style municipal course.
