Incredible property! Tons of things to do. Amazed at the upkeep and grounds. Rooms are great. Tons of restaurants. Japanese Bocce and Mirasol we our favorite choices. Golf course was fun and the kids had a great time in the pool areas. We will definitely be back!

This resort has some great amenities and great staff in person but the back office is another story. My mom flew in to stay there with me and my 2 year old for a long weekend. When booking I used a debit card for the deposit and said very clearly that we would give them another card upon check in which would be used for anything day to day as well as the rest of the cost for the booking. We put a credit card on file at check in and had a nice weekend. We checked out a few days ago and I have not received any phone calls, emails, or voicemails before I get notified of multiple charges totaling over a thousand dollars on the debit card I explicitly told them was only for the initial deposit. I don’t keep a lot in the account and good think I don’t because there is no telling how much they would have taken if there was more. They repeatedly billed me small increments 500, 200, 200, etc. which overdrafted my account. When I called to find out what was going on they played dumb and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked multiple times to speak with a manager and I’m still waiting for that call. After I expressed my frustration they charged and 50 and then 32 dollars. Almost like they’re trying to make me mad. They called me a liar saying that we didn’t give them another card upon arrival to which I told them go look at the cameras. They have you to do so. I simply wanted to resolve the situation and they showed zero desire themselves to try to get to some kind of resolution. These people are absolute crooks which is disappointing because I used to really love this resort. I would be shocked if they ever actually have a supervisor call me back. If you’re wanting somewhere else maybe try the Breakers. There are several great alternatives.

Stayed at the yacht club. Incredible service. Plenty of amenities on site including complimentary deluxe breakfast and personal butler.

My family and I are staying here this weekend and we’ve had the most wonderful experience. The only issue we ran into was in room dining and they Comped our food for the mix up. The server who delivered it; Jennifer was the sweetest lady I’ve ever come across. You don’t have customer service like that anymore! We will definitely be returning.

I’ve been hearing about this place for years and finally booked a three night stay with my wife. The Boca Raton is one of the best hotels in which I’ve ever been fortunate enough to spend time. Compared with other beach-area hotels, it is on par with any place I’ve stayed in Capri, Barcelona, Biarritz or in the Caribbean. The service is impeccable and the rooms and restaurants are top shelf. I’m glad I stayed and I will be back.
