Just wrapped up a conference in Ocean City and found myself with some unexpected free time. Decided to take a chance and drive up to Mulligan's Pointe in Delaware without a tee time - and I am SO glad I did! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating. Despite not having a reservation, they managed to fit us in within just 35 minutes! This level of service immediately set the tone for a fantastic afternoon. Highly recommend drink the local beer! Went with dogfish head and Big Oyster Brewing Co! Once on the course, the experience only got better. The pacing was perfect - we weren't breathing down anyone's neck, nor were we feeling rushed by those behind us. It was the ideal, relaxed golfing atmosphere I was hoping for. The course itself was immaculately maintained. You can tell they take pride in keeping things in top shape. And a word to the wise - make sure you take advantage of the bathroom breaks as opportunities can be limited elsewhere! To top it all off, the clubhouse was simply amazing. We were particularly impressed with the outdoor heated bar – a perfect spot to unwind and celebrate a great round. For $55 per person, this experience was an absolute steal. Mulligan's Pointe delivered exceptional value and exceeded all my expectations. We will absolutely be back to play this course again! Thank you, Mulligan's Pointe, for fitting us in, maintaining such a fantastic course, and providing a truly memorable golfing experience! We highly recommend it!

Again we as golfers are getting ripped off by these golf courses that are not worth the money. To pay full price for walking a course is ridiculous. 90 bucks to play this course is unbelievable. This will be the last time I play here. We shouldn't be charged for cart fee if we are not using the cart.

Played MP yesterday and not exactly sure what happened to the course but their fairways were completely dead with no grass whatsoever. The course was almost unplayable. This should have been disclosed to us when booking our tee time and then we could have decided whether we still wanted to play or not. First time playing here and not sure I would return.

McKenna, yesterday was my first time playing Mulligan Point. I had no idea how badly the fairways were damaged due to the devastatingly freezing temps this past winter. It was a surprise to learn this upon checking in. Durin the round, I was hoping for at least one fairway to be in somewhat decent condition. That said I understand the $69 rate was intentionally reduced because of the fairways. Truthfully, that rate was still way too high. The course certainly has a huge financial burden ahead. It is, in my sincere opinion that Mulligan Point may want to reduce their rates even further and announce the conditions upfront in a transparent manner. In doing so I think the community will take interest in supporting your journey. My suggestion, advertising extremely lower rates and explain the situation in your marketing efforts. I do believe many will come and play knowing they are do so to show support. Anything short of that might potentially backfire and players may disappear.

One word: “WOWZAH”. I’ll tell you what, If you’re eyeing up a club sandwich, this is the place to be. The fairways might not have been the best, but gosh darnit that club sandwich sent me to another realm.
