Wild Quail is a private club near Dover/Wyoming that’s known for a picturesque, championship-style 18 set in central Delaware farmland. Established in 1990, it pairs golf with a full suite of social amenities—pool, dining, and racquet offerings—so it functions as a true country club, not a golf-only stop. The course is designed to be both challenging and enjoyable, with enough variety to keep members engaged over repeated play. Practice facilities and instruction are part of the experience, reinforcing the “improve your game here” angle. If you want central Delaware private golf with modern club amenities, Wild Quail is a staple name.
