Watertown Golf Club is a private club with a friendly, community-forward feel and a course designed for repeat member play. The layout is typically strategic rather than flashy, rewarding steady tee shots and smart approaches into greens. It’s the kind of course where learning preferred angles and safe misses can quickly improve your scoring over time. The club culture often centers around leagues and member games, creating a consistent seasonal rhythm. Overall, it’s traditional Connecticut private golf: approachable atmosphere, solid layout, and strong replay value.

This golf club is amazing. The grounds are beautiful with a gorgeous view. The restaurant is cozy, and the people are so friendly. I felt like I was on vacation at a resort. The food is absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we're going back soon. Buon appetite! Thank you chef!

Loved coming here and enjoyed my dinner! Plus the Smokey margaritas were amazing, it was so nice to see the bartender coming up with fun new ideas and it made me want to keep coming back to see what he comes up with next! Kerry was also wonderful and extremely helpful as always!

Had lunch there after a funeral and the food was excellent all of it. I was surprised that it was that good I’m not joking. And there was a full bar and nice place and good views. Definitely highly recommended

Watertown Golf Club has taken it to a new level with their food and drink! Food is delicious and Jake’s “smoky” series of cocktails, served in a lantern, are outstanding. Service is attentive and pleasant.
