The course is ok. Lots of brown on the fairway. Also very rough to ride over with carts. Holes are not very well marked. Multiple greens have tons of brown spots. For 60 a round i would have expected. Not terrible but not sure i would be back.

I played the "flat 9" north course three times in the past few weeks and thought it was a great place to start my return to the game. Some of the holes are quite challenging, with only a narrow window to the fairway. No sand or water to worry about. I played the front 9 of the south course this morning and found it in great condition. There are some "ground under repair" spots here and there, but the fairways, greens, fringes, and roughs are all in beautiful condition. Prices are very reasonable. For a senior* who walks and carries his bag, it was only $14 for 9 holes. *Note: the date of birth on my driver's license indicates I am a senior... my brain vehemently disagrees!!!

This is my sleeper spot, I do my morning runs here it's amazing honestly. They have a nice golf course 🏌🏾‍♂️⛳, tennis 🎾, basketball 🏀 hoops, plus a playground & sprinklers ⛲ for kids enjoyment.. And a decent work out area Pull up bars, shoulder press area 'broken' abs bench and a few other exercise equipment. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I think all the dirt they removed when replacing the cart path was just dumped into the bunkers, cause that sure as heck wasn’t sand, should be a free drop if you end up in that crap.

Having played the south course a few times, I decided to give the north nine a try. It was actually in better shape then some of the other nine hole places around central CT. It was fairly busy for a Thursday 11 am ish time but I was able to walk on without a tee time. Greens were super fast. It's a shame there's no option to get a hot dog or beer after like in previous seasons. I do look forward to playing the south course this season.
