It’s everything you hope for! Beautiful, playable, excellent greens, great carts, awesome practice facilities…expensive, but worth it. People are top class too.

The two stars are for the staff and the greens. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and the greens were in very good condition. The golf carts were also a nice touch—newer Club Car carts with GPS made getting around the course easy. That said, the rest of the course was disappointing, especially for the price. The driving range was closed due to a netting replacement project. I booked my tee time the day after it closed and either didn’t notice anything about the closure when booking or it hadn’t yet been posted on the website. The project looked only about halfway complete, so I’d recommend calling before booking if having a driving range is important to you. I also understand that the unusually low-snow winter in Colorado likely played a role in some of the course conditions. Even with that in mind, conditions outside of the greens left a lot to be desired. About 25% of the rough was burned out or yellowed, around half of the bunkers had sand that was so saturated it had a clay-like consistency, and the fairways were decent overall—I’d rate them around a 7/10. For comparison, we also played Breckenridge and Vail Golf Club during the same trip, and EagleVail was in the weakest condition, and most expensive, of the three. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t enjoyable enough for us to continue, and we decided to stop after nine holes. To the club’s credit, they were very gracious and refunded half of our green fees, which I appreciated. That customer service went a long way. I hope the course conditions improve because the staff was excellent, but in its current condition I wouldn’t return.

Golf Course offers views like others in the area & are pretty nice. Value wise is not worth the price. Other golf courses around the area offer better course services and course "good shape ,maintenance & well being" for the buck. Course too tight, next to houses, garage parkings and surroundings of the neighborhood. Lack of maintenance on fairways . The clubhouse complies with basic space , restaurant and bar area. Along the course there is a small shack for snacks with basic hot dogs , tuna sandwiches, and other snacks .

It might be nice to inform people ahead of time that the driving range is going to be closed so we don’t show up an hour ahead of time to sit around. That or maybe offer a discount on the rate, none of that happened. Pretty poor management there. Next, no water in the cart as we blasted off, no one offered water. There was no cart person or chance to get any water until Hole 11, no one informed us of that either. Next why can’t golf courses stagger tee times by 10 minutes? Ridiculous to stagger tee times by 5 minutes and then have no Marshalls on the course to speed up play because there were some very slow and bad players. Sandy tee boxes, greens were like a slip and slide, most the fairways were like hitting on concrete.
