Had a fantastic experience at Van Nuys Golf Course! Huge shoutout to John and Jenna — the new owners of the clubhouse (aka cafe) are doing an incredible job. The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, and flavorful…..I’m still in shock! The food is so much better. It’s great to see the positive changes already taking place. If you haven’t been lately, it’s definitely worth a visit. Keep up the great work, John and Jenna! 👏🏿

The Van Nuys golf course is reliable. It is not only affordable but also very well kept. I found the fairways and greens to be clean. If I had one critique it would be that around the last tee the light doesn't turn on so playing hole 18 at night is tedious. Minor critique. Although I have yet to play 9 holes, I can vouch for the 18 that I have played. Enjoyable course that is great for all around swing practice. When the course aligns along Vanowen, I have found that the noise is not significant interruption. Overall, this course is reliable, well kept, and affordable. I will be coming here constantly. Leaving this up until it’s fixed. Men’s restroom door is left WIDE open because it’s broken. Wouldn’t be a problem if you didn’t see men urinating. Apparently golf as a sport is such a man’s world that this has been going on and the women told me “we just look down as we walk by” had to see clubhouse cashier pissing literally. Also, wayyyy too comfortable peeing at the urinal, instead of in the stall if that’s an issue. According to my friends it’s been that way forever and I remember it being that way last time I was here. So basically the establishment is cool with women and men, and especially children, having to view men urinating without the option to say no? It’s not the guys fault! But I do think it’s odd the club house cashier peed in front of me with it wide open considering that they’re aware it’s an issue since it’s prolonged. I mean just put this into context, what world do we live in that it would be appropriate to even go one day with a door open and urinal completely visible as someone is peeing? The fact it hasn’t changed is sexism, towards MEN and WOMEN. You can’t bring your kid here. If management ended up with sexual harassment lawsuits or something I mean they legit would be liable it isn’t the guys faults we can see their ding-a-lings but I will say they should use the stall naturally if this is the issue. Club house cashier was too cool peeing directly in front of me so that’s a course issue that runs deeper than “oh we’re working on fixing it.” Last time I went was a year ago and it was open so that’s means this men’s genitals being exposed issue has been going on that long. Craazzzzyy. I will take this down when it’s not an issue until then women avert your eyes and DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Literally think about the fact this is such a guys world I have to watch them pee and they’re like “oh yeah we’re working on fixing that door” uhm should’ve had that done in a 25 minute Home Depot run like what???? I should not have to see a mans ding-a-ling on a random Saturday! And imagine the implication for HIM if I’d taken that the wrong way I could’ve thought he meant for me to see and considered calling the police!! (At first I legit thought maybe he was a flasher?!? Until I went in the club house to check about the broken door.) It’s a hazard for EVERYONE!! The guys should complain too!!! They don’t want to end up on a list! CARELESS CLUBHOUSE YES ALL CAPS

Driving range about to be closed Nov 3rd for renovations, Executive course closed for renovations. 18hole par 3 is great! Pace of place was 2hr15min and it was busy. And they are installing new lights for night golf on the par 3 course. Greens were in the best condition I have ever seen them.

It's a must do for golfers easy on no waits and soon to be after construction the best thing since sliced bread,lol. Always good times and cool people.
