New Horizons Golf Club is a compact 9-hole layout within a Torrance senior living community. While short in length, it provides a pleasant and walkable course for residents and casual players. Tree-lined fairways and small greens offer enough challenge for recreational golfers. It's friendly, affordable, and community-oriented. Ideal for those seeking easygoing, social golf in a quiet setting.

Hoarders and dumpster divers living in some units constantly in the dumpsters making and leaving messes. Creating bugs and wild rodents . Renters trying to run the place smell of dope fills the air. Certain board members need to be replaced .Motions need to be addressed and finalized in a timely manner. (Not 2 years.) This is my opinion. Never live in a HOA Community.
