First off i am giving them 1-star as a wedding venue and staff. I have no clue about the other portions of this club. My fiance and I tried working with the club to book our wedding ceremony and reception, and from the start it was a bit difficult. The staff isnt the best at communicating or being gracious by any means. The first time we wanted to go visit the venue we reached out to club via all the wedding sites, email, and voicemail. Never got a response so we just went. We were able to find one of the event staff, which she first started off by suggesting we make an appointment-a joke. She then took us to see the ceremony site but the reception had a luncheon so she suggested we come back later the week at 8 AM. The second time she did spend time to show us around with a tour of the reception area, changing area etc, however when it came to pricing she didnt have all the details and told us she would email us. She also said if we had any questions to email them. She blew us off and never got back to us with pricing, so we emailed them, in which we were given a price that was quite high. We responded with questions but never got any responses which seemed a bit strange for a mid-higher level venue. After trying to contanct the venue multiple times by email and phone to no response, my fiance went in person. She was treated very rudely, ignored, even dismissed by the staff saying they had no time to help her and that she should make an appointment. She was able to ask if there was wiggle room in pricing. The next day we did get a response with a lower price. We then asked if we could have a call to discuss what was included and if an area of the estimate could be further reduced. We never got a response to our email, so again we called and left messages. When we finally did get a response it was obnixious and rude to me, with the staff telling us it may be "best for you to explore other venues that may better align with your budget and planning needs" WTH kind of response is that as a business. I 100% do believe part of their rudeness and behavior is because we have ethnic names and dark skin color. I never like or would bring up these accusations, but i saw their behavior and tone with a caucasian couple and it seemed completely different. I caution couples to really be vigilant when dealing with this venue.

BEST DAY BY PAR! Chelsi and the Lomas team did not disappoint. The venue was breathtaking and the staff provided 5 star quality service. The food was amazing, we had the steak, lamb, and seabass for our entrees and every entree was cooked to perfection. I did not hear ANY complaints from our guests. Our late-night snacks were a hit, we had the mini cali burritos - it was a treat for our out of towners! We loved the vendors that Chelsi recommended, esp Fabcakes and Amy with our florals!

It's a Torrey Pines ritual...our basketball banquet every year. Food was great, views were beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly. One lady even remembered my son from his awards the year before. 👍 👍 👍

Our business group meets here monthly. The staff, room and setting are fabulous.

Beautiful venue, very pretty grounds and the staff was super accommodating. Absolutely love photographing a wedding here last week. The couple I know was just as happy and everything being there was super convenient. When we were doing detail photos around the venue even the members were all super nice and helpful not getting in shots and all super happy to be there. Definitely a very pleasant experience
