I played here for a golf tournament benefitting St. Vincent's Santa Barbara. This is a beautiful course. Certainly one of the more challenging courses I've played, but beautifully maintained with a unique layout.

The outdoor spaces are equally beautiful, with lush greenery and plenty of space for guests to mingle and enjoy the beautiful scenery. As a wedding photographer, I appreciate venues that are photographer-friendly, and the Montecito Club is definitely one of them. There are plenty of beautiful photo opportunities both indoors and outdoors, and the staff is always willing to help me get the perfect shot. Beautifully restored. Went for “Fish n Chips night last night and was appalled when I asked the server what fish they were using. The shocking reply was “Talapia”, a heavily farmed fish primarily from farms in Southeast Asia. I was shocked that the MC owner, who also owns the acclaimed Stonehouse Restaurant just 2 miles away, would permit such a low budget fish.
