We are getting married on the property tomorrow and have a large number of our guests staying on the property. We checked in this evening and the checkin process was fairly smooth. However, when we got to the room it has been at best dissapointing. The airconditioning does not work, the carpet around the bed is wet and nasty. The front desk are not willing to do anything to accomodate us. Its literally midnight the night before my wedding and i cant sleep because its so hot in this room and the carpet is giving off a terrible smell. I think if this property wants to maintain their rateing they better rethink their customer service strategy, this is totally unacceptable.

Excellent stay, we will come back. The property is very clean and clearly well taken care of; you notice it immediately, in the rooms, the pool area, the grounds. Staff friendly without being artificial. Special thanks to supervisor Benjamin Garcia. Very professional, very attentive, and he did not wait to be asked twice about anything. This kind of service is not so common today. We recommend this hotel highly, especially for families.

After a bit of a curfuffle with ResortPass, Chloe at RBI was able to fix our situation and give us 5-star service, making it right and we had a great day. The service at the Spa pool was excellent. We spent considerably more money this day than we would have should Chloe and her supervisor not done the right thing and put the customer experience first. They’ve earned our business and we won’t use ResortPass - we’ll go direct for a better and more streamlined experience.

Absolutely beautiful property with a peaceful, luxury resort atmosphere. The grounds are incredibly well maintained, full of lush greenery, elegant fountains, palm trees, and charming Mediterranean-style details that make the entire place feel relaxing and upscale. The pool area was clean, quiet, and perfect for spending a sunny afternoon. The hotel has a very calm and private vibe, ideal for a weekend getaway or staycation. The outdoor dining area overlooking the greenery and golf course was one of my favorite parts such a scenic and relaxing setting. Food and drinks were very good, and the overall ambiance felt sophisticated but comfortable. The rooms and common areas felt cozy and elegant, especially the fireplace in our patio in the evening. Staff was friendly and professional throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel feels like a hidden oasis in Southern California, peaceful, romantic, and aesthetically beautiful. I would definitely come back for another relaxing escape.

I attended a conference at Rancho Bernardo Inn and came away impressed with how well the event was organized from start to finish. Everything from registration to food service and transitions ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on the conference rather than logistics. One of the biggest advantages of Rancho Bernardo Inn is that it doesn't feel like a typical business venue. During breaks, guests can enjoy the beautiful grounds, restaurants, golf course and other amenities making it an enjoyable destination for both work and relaxation. The Inn offers an excellent combination of outstanding service, well-appointed meeting facilities in a beautiful Southern California setting. I would happily attend another conference there.
