Coming from the East Coast, we don't get to see a lay out like this. I HIGHLY recommend this course! This is not for a beginner though. This course will challenge even the best! Fantastic shape & layout. 💯 will replay this when I am out in CA

Great track and was in great condition when I played in March. On the shorter side but with the winds in the area it was very challenging. Very scenic wherever you look and it doesn’t get old. Food in the clubhouse was great too, brisket sandwich had enough meat for at least two sandwiches. Staff is friendly both in the golf shop and restaurant. You can’t take the carts to the parking lot so make sure to use the bad drop. Next time I’m in the area I will defiantly be going back.

So let me start by saying that the course is in great condition and appears to be taken care of. The biggest reason I rated them the way I did is the green fees. We played on a Monday and it was $129. The price was high in my opinion and had I not been meeting up with some friends I don’t think I would’ve made a tee time at that price. Still had a great time and actually had a decent round here.

Being an avid golfer from Arizona this course would cost $300+ there. Beautiful holes with every hole being unique and different. Staff wasn’t as attentive or nice for how great the course is. Driving range was closed so that’s the reason for the 4 star. Course was in excellent condition. Carts were very nice. Would play here again for sure.

Honestly, you would not expect this much from Oak Quarry Golf Club, as it's not located at the suburban area, but you know what, Oak Quarry is surely a 5-star course. As it said on the sign, "Conquer the Rocks". The new Hole 1 & 2, used to be Hole 17 & 18, with the lake in between both holes, they amaze you about how gorgeous Oak Quarry is, right from the beginning of your game. Onto Hole 3 (the old Hole 1), 380+ yards Par 4, with headwinds against you, plus the ditch in the middle of the fairway, use your woods to lay up for your 2nd shot will not be a bad move. Love Hole 4 a lot, 470 yards short Par 5, handicap 17, can easily onto the green in 2 shots, just the green here is kind of wavy while slow, takes putting skills to nail a Par here. Hole 6 is an challenging one, 300+ yards short Par 4, unless you can drive over 300+ yards, otherwise need to hit 200+ yards to lay up for your 2nd shot, as there's a big ditch in front of the green. Hole 7 would be my rating of the signature hole of the Front 9, 200+ yards Par 3, green with headwinds and nothing in between tee box and the green, plus hazards, the key is your accuracy to par this hole. For the Back 9, Hole 11 is a beautiful one, 350+ yards short Par 4, but with the elevated tee box getting the headwinds against you, you will need to aim left and let your ball fade a little bit. And I would say Hole 16 is the twin hole to Hole 7, also 200+ yards Par 3, with headwinds, the the big big valley in between, take the challenge, aim the green!!!
