Enjoyed this course quite a bit and the price was reasonable. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Fairways are wide and forgiving and the course is not overly hard. Greens are small and kind of boring overall but in great shape. Facility is very run down. Good practice area.

Mission Hills North - Gary Player Signature Course ⭐⭐⭐½ (3.5/5) Overall Impression A course that showcases Gary Player's signature design philosophy with strategic bunkering and thoughtful hole routing. The back nine, in particular, stands out as the highlight of the layout. Course Highlights Outstanding Back Nine The back nine holes truly shine and represent the best of what this course has to offer. Gary Player's trademark strategic design elements are well-executed here, with each hole presenting clear risk-reward scenarios that challenge decision-making throughout the round. The green complexes are particularly well-crafted, demanding precision on approach shots. Areas for Improvement Course conditioning appears somewhat inconsistent across different areas of the property. Maintenance could be more uniform, particularly on the fairways and around the greens. However, this seems to be part of a transitional phase, suggesting the course is undergoing improvements that should enhance the overall playing experience in the near future. Verdict As a Gary Player Signature design, the course delivers solid strategic golf, especially on the back nine. The architectural merit is evident, and with improved maintenance consistency, this course has the potential to provide an even more exceptional playing experience. The design bones are excellent – it's simply a matter of the conditioning catching up to match the quality of the layout.

The course was pristine and challenging. The crazy winds definitely didn't help. One of my favorites so far and will definitely be back for more. Not giving the 5th star because food wasn't available and there wasn't even a cart girl roaming the course. Starving although our tee time was at 11:40 and didn't get out til 30-45mins after. So just ordered via DoorDash.

Played course on August 25th, 2024. To start I must say that the staff at this course is superb. From the pro shop to the gentleman outside in the cart area. I was greeted with a warm welcome and departure. The course has a nice putting green, chipping green, and full size range. I was also glad to see that the round came with complimentary range balls. As for the course itself, the tee boxes are in pretty nice shape. The fairways have a good amount of dry spots that need some extra maintenance. The greens were pretty thick but understandable for how hot it has been and not wanting to burn the greens. However, the greens still need some help to become its full potential. The course has a nice layout with a lot of danger if you're not accurate and smart with your club selection. Bunkers are very well maintained. I must add that it was great to see that there were plenty of water jugs out on the course to keep us hydrated. I recommend this course if you're looking for a nice round and not trying to break the bank.

No carts on fairway in Nov…really !!… Didn’t tell us that carts are not allowed on fairway when we booked tee time. Course is ok but lacks a proper club house It’s basically a trailer. No towels. Flooded cart path. Cart turns off if you go around the cart path with sprinklers on Not a good experience if you are taking clients to golf.
