Had a fantastic round at Pebble Beach on 8/14. I was able to get a tee time without staying on property due to course maintenance; the greens were noticeably punched but everything else about the course was immaculate, especially because conditions were being tested for the '27 Open. I'd highly recommend getting a single or double caddie if possible. My friend and I had Miguel as our caddie and he was fantastic. Fun to chat with, had a lot of offhand knowledge of the course history and the neighborhood, provided us with some great reads on the greens despite the tough conditions, and quickly learned my friend's & my tendencies and fluidly adjusted his recommendations based on who was swinging. Miguel helped me execute a pitch shot from the rough with my 7 iron that stayed under a tree, flew to the edge of the fairway, and stopped perfectly on the green; I'd never had that shot in my bag before. If I'm able to play Pebble again, especially if it's any time soon, I'll definitely request Miguel as my caddie.

Played a round of golf. Didn’t stay at the resort. Staff is friendly and helpful. The course is spectacular. Walking every hole was a bucket list moment, to say the least. The layout of the holes, makes it challenging yet fair. Walking the course is very pleasant. I removed one star, because I found the greens to be slower than one would expect from a course of this level. Also the green fee is silly. I’ve played courses all over the world, and 800$ is the most I’ve ever paid. No round of golf is worth that amount. 495$ would be acceptable, while still being very expensive. I didn't stay overnight. visited a friend who lives in peeble beach and he took me to lunch at the club. wow doesn't convey the beauty of what I saw and experienced. the food is truly otherworldly and the service is impeccable. Warren was our waiter and he added to the experience with knowledge and sincere community. a must stop to experience the beauty of Monterey/Carmel...

Pebble Beach is the perfect destination if you love golf and appreciate breathtaking scenery. The clubhouse offers one of the most spectacular views I’ve ever experienced at a golf resort. Playing Pebble Beach is worth every penny—the course is incredible, the experience is unforgettable, and the caddies are outstanding, especially Cam, who made the round even more enjoyable. The course is surrounded by amazing wildlife and stunning ocean views at every turn. Just be prepared if the wind is up—it can make an already challenging course even tougher. Overall, I highly recommend Pebble Beach and will definitely be back for another round. A true bucket-list golf experience.

Our room at The Inn at Spanish Head was immaculate and the service was unparalleled from any previous hotel experience. Their team did incredible work to make us feel welcome, supported and pampered. The golf course was also STUNNING. Postcard views at every hole. Challenging but not inaccessible to the "average" golfer. My only critique is the utilization of electric carts on the course. Cart path only was in effect during our round, which made accessing the ball, even when on the fairway (which was rare in my case, lol) a slog. Getting to your ball, determing distance to the hole, then back to the cart, REALLY slowed down the pace of play which was harped on us at every turn. Causing a normal four hour round of golf, to closer to 6 hours :/. Overall a bucket list experience and grateful to have been able to spend some time here :).
