We had an incredible experience and are so fortunate to have our wedding here this past fall. We kicked off the weekend with a round of golf on Friday—the course was beautiful, and the pro shop (shout out to Brian and Jason!) was extremely accommodating. Saturday went off without a hitch. The ceremony on the event lawn was picture-perfect, followed by a lovely cocktail hour on the Palm Desert Terrace. Dinner and dancing on the Lakeview Terrace made for an unforgettable evening. Everything was seamless and beautifully coordinated! Robbie, (Coordinator/Director of Catering Sales) was truly a magician—her care, attention, and patience over months of planning made all the difference, and she ensured day of unfolded perfectly. Harry, the Banquet Manager, kept every transition between events smooth and effortless, so we could simply enjoy every moment. Thanks to the whole team, we appreciate all of you!

The Terrace restaurant is such a lovely outdoor venue with a view of a water hole on the golf course. The lunch menu has a variety of salads and sandwiches. Our group had the fish tacos, crab cake sliders, and a Mediterranean salad. The fish tacos came as a threesome. The crab cake sliders came as a pair and were served with a cabbage mango relish as well as a choice of a side like a salad. The Mediterranean salad was fresh. It could have used a little oregano in the dressing. The desert choices included a meyer lemon parfait which was excellent. The other dessert choices were a chocolate ganache cake, sticky toffee pudding and some ice cream dish. We shared the Meyer parfait. It was excellent. I would come back to try breakfast.

We had the pleasure of capturing Videography for a Wedding recently at this beautiful Golf Resort! We can't express enough how truly stunning this venue is and how incredible the staff are! We highly recommend Desert Willow and hope to have the opportunity of returning in the future for both Photography and Videography! 5 Stars!!!!!

Golf course was in great shape. Staff reallly set it apart. It was pretty hot out there and one their attendants found us and offered ice cold towels, which was a godsend. Starter (Mike from Jackson Hole!!) gave us insightful tips before we tee’d off. Helped our pace of play and scoring. All around great day!!!!!!

Desert Willow in Palm Desert is an absolute standout and offers one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in the area. We stopped in for lunch and were blown away by the setting alone—overlooking the beautifully maintained golf course with sweeping desert and mountain views that feel calm, upscale, and uniquely Palm Desert. The scenery is spectacular and makes the entire experience feel relaxed and special. The food matched the views. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented, with a menu that strikes a great balance between elevated and approachable. It’s the kind of lunch you want to linger over, especially when you’re seated outside taking in the sunshine, palm trees, and perfectly manicured greens. Service was friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing, which really added to the overall experience. Whether you’re a golfer or just looking for a great place to enjoy a meal with incredible views, Desert Willow delivers on all fronts. It’s an ideal spot for a leisurely lunch, entertaining guests, or simply enjoying the best of what Palm Desert has to offer. Highly recommended.
