I went out to Soule Park as a last minute booking. Was able to get an 11:20 tee time right after the morning groups. I knew the #5 green had storm damage. You could tell how rough the water must have been rushing down. It was a big green before. So they were lucky that the green is still big enough for play. The conditions were excellent and even though I played lousy. I still had a very enjoyable experience.

Soule is a one of one place. The views are incredible. It’s an approachable golf course for the high handicaps while still being challenging for low. The greens keep every round different. Been here 3x and every member of the staff + Zaidees I’ve interacted with couldn’t be more professional, courteous and understanding.

Awesome course. Conditions are outstanding. Greens are pure and fairways are immaculate. You would pay $100 plus anywhere else to get these conditions. Not an overly challenging course off the tee box. A few holes require you to work it off the tee box if you want to be aggressive - otherwise the landing zones around 150 are pretty forgiving. Lots of well placed bunkers that influence club selection off the tee box for the risk reward. Greens have a ton of movement on them - don’t get sucked into the obvious break - it’s probably wrong. Pace of play was great. Teed off at 1:00 and was in my car before 5:00.

First time playing here and was pleasantly surprised at the shape this course is in. Greens were in great shape and challenging. Tee boxes and fairways were also in great shape. Played 18 in 4 hours. Started at 12:30 on a Monday. For the price, you really can’t beat this place. Highly recommended.

Great track tucked away in the back of Ojai Valley. The big brother course down the road takes most of the conversation - but don't miss this track. Amazing views that change depending on the light. Great layout and it is in great condition - they probably punched greens 2-3 weeks ago. Great price. Great walk. Add this to the rotation with Sandpiper and La Purisima.
