Reviewing as someone who had their wedding here. Sally and Andrea are likely the most accommodating and intuitive people in the entire wedding industry. Not only did they spend multiple in person meetings discussing all the little details, they stayed on top of changes and curveballs that came out of no where. We had the dreaded update of rain a week out from the event. Sally and Andrea reached out preemptively, set up an in person meeting, discussed all possible options including photos on a later date, and executed the now completely new ceremony plan flawlessly. They are worth every bit of choosing this venue alone plus the staff is incredible across the board. Beyond Sally, Andrea, and everyone who works at Sequoyah, the venue is gorgeous. From setting up beautiful tables to having multiple areas for photos, there is nothing lacking. Some places will nit pick you for adding curtains or choosing different colors for napkins. The “base” options for Sequoyah are higher than most extras. You will not be disappointed if you decide to celebrate your wedding here.

If I can give Andrea and Sally more stars, I would. Planning a wedding is stressful and the support I received from the country club's event coordinators was outstanding. My husband and I chose this venue for the beautiful architecture, nature sceneries, and amazing staff. They provided insightful guidance and worked with our every idea. They made sure staff was designated for our dippin dots bar and that a drink was in our hands at all times. When our wedding plans took a turn due to the sudden rain, we felt reassured by the venue who worked diligently to make sure the wedding was beautiful. It is clear that Andrea and Sally care about their roles in people’s weddings and that they will do their best to accommodate if unforeseen events occur. Also, their food was amazing. A lot of people from my family texted me that they were worried about their prime ribs being too well done and dry. After the wedding, they raved about how juicy and rare their steaks were. This venue accommodated every dietary restriction ( one guest had a whole different meal because she was allergic to all of the options we chose. the venue accommodated her so easily and her meal looked amazing) and followed up with me to ensure that all of my guests were well fed. For the wedding couple, you will not leave hungry. They ensure that you will have a chance to eat all of the appetizers you picked out by making you a separate plate. The care and consideration this venue has for weddings is truly a rare gem. I still think about my ravioli and prime rib.

We had the most beautiful wedding (in my biased opinion lol) at Sequoyah Country Club. I loved working with Andrea, who was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, the ceremony site looked so lovely, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. We received several comments from guests about how good the food was, which is rarely true for wedding food! We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding at Sequoyah.

Sequoyah was a great venue to work with. Specifically Andrea and Sally, who were super patient, responsive, and accommodating throughout the many twists and turns of our wedding planning. We had decided to change or add things to our special day several times, and each time, they were more than happy to make things work. They made sure our tea ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception went as smoothly as possible. They worked diligently to make sure that the construction on the golf course wouldn't be visible to us, or our guests and it paid off! Our photos are mostly construction free and guests said they didn't even realize there was construction going on. Several guests and vendors said this was one of the most well put together weddings they've been to, and much of that is thanks to Andrea and Sally. They are a real venue dream team and I can't recommend them and this venue enough.

My husband and I got married here in December 2025. Deciding on this venue was one of the best decisions we made. There were many reasons that we decided on this venue, but to highlight a few: First was our Venue Manager: Andrea and Sally who were so timely in all of their responses and always answering all of our questions day and night. Second was the venue's elegance and also vintage vibe that offered so many photo opportunities as well as a seamless transition for guests to go from ceremony, cocktail hour, to our reception. Our guests had so many good things to say about the food, the transition, the beverages, and also just their overall experience here. Our day was absolutely magical and flawless thanks to the attention to detail the staff gave over the months of planning to make our special day come true.
