I can literally say I had the PERFECT wedding day and it was all to the amazing team of the country club ! From the moment we had our first meeting with Ellen (event coordinator) she made my husband and I feel comfortable answering all our questions and helping us meet our budget . Right after we left we immediately knew we wanted to get married there. We got a tour of the country club and we loved all greenery and cleanliness of the venue . Our day of coordinator Carolina was the absolute best ! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We were always in constant communication. All our vendors who helped us out made everything beautiful and stunning ! The team who served the food were so sweet and polite! If I had to do it all over again I definitely would and always at porter valley. Our wedding was absolutely unforgettable! With so much love , Jacquelin&Francisco

A lot of the tee boxes are uneven. The cart paths have pot holes and the cart paths are also uneven. The driving range is irons only. One of the founding members said there is a lawsuit going on with some of the residents regarding the driving range. Apparently the driving range is too close to the houses. The food is ok at best. I hardly ever used the club so I resigned from it a several months ago. The membership is very clicky. Hard to make contacts. The pro staff don’t put any games together to help you meet people. Would be nice to have a Friday club or Saturday club where we can just come out and play a game. Anyway, if you’re used to a good golf course membership, this place is not right for you. It’s basically a glorified public course. Not worth the money or the time.

We hosted our wedding at Porter Valley Country Club, and it exceeded every expectation. From the planning stages to the final moments of our reception, everything was seamless. Kelly, our wedding coordinator, deserves special recognition. She was attentive, patient, and constantly one step ahead. She made the planning process stress-free and ensured the day ran smoothly. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made such a huge difference. Jenny and her photography team were phenomenal. They brought such positive energy, guided us effortlessly through poses, and captured our day in the most natural, beautiful way. The photos turned out stunning, and we felt completely at ease with them. Porter Valley, along with Kelly and Jenny’s team, gave us a wedding day we will remember for the rest of our lives. We are beyond grateful and would absolutely recommend them to any couple searching for an elegant venue with exceptional staff.

We recently hosted a baby shower at Porta Valley Country Club, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Julie and Jacob went above and beyond to make the entire event seamless and special. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism truly stood out. Every aspect of the afternoon was thoughtfully arranged, and they made us feel completely at ease. The captain and staff were exceptional — attentive, organized, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Service was smooth and gracious throughout the event. And the chef truly outdid himself. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about how great everything tasted! It was the perfect setting to celebrate such a special occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to the entire team for making the day so memorable. Highly recommend!

Amazing golf course and facility. They also have a restaurant and event space. We had our Kiwanis Governor's visit and everything went perfect. Brunch included scrambled eggs, seasoned country potatoes, crispy back, sausage, fresh fruit, pastried and yogurt parfait and every thing tasted great and additional trays came out quickly as needed. It was great event space.
