My husband was here for a business meeting and I met him for a long wknd. I had not heard of the resort but was blown away with the grounds, character, quality. The room product was nice. The fitness center was brand new and amazing. Very well appointed. The spa looked new and beautiful too. The service was our absolute favorite. Every team member we encountered was very hospitable. Jeff at the bar was a stand out. Truly made our trip memorable. The location worked out very well. We were just a quick 10 minute ride away from downtown Napa and 15 minutes from Yountville.

Third time here and it gets better every year. Rooms are perfect size villas, Food and service is outstanding. Love walking the grounds in the morning before breakfast at the Market. Fabulous Spa & Sauna. Shout out to Pete (concierge) for securing reservations when none could be had. Love this place.

Very disappointing experience. I am not someone who usually writes negative reviews, which is why I first chose to contact the hotel directly regarding what happened. Unfortunately, I never received any response. We chose Silverado Resort to celebrate our 9year wedding anniversary, but the end of our stay was completely overshadowed by a serious lack of respect for guest privacy. Our checkout time was 11:00 AM, yet around 10:45 AM a staff member entered our room while we were still inside. I was in the middle of changing clothes when this happened. To make matters worse, we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed on the door. When we eventually left the room, a staff member was already waiting outside for housekeeping, making us feel rushed and pressured to leave. What should have been a relaxing and special occasion became uncomfortable and frustrating. Entering an occupied room before checkout time, especially with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, is simply unacceptable. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of follow-up after I reported the incident. Not only did I feel rushed and disrespected during our stay, but I also felt ignored and neglected afterward. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression and fell far below the standard I expected from a resort of this reputation.

Only visiting for one night - parking was a huge challenge. Our rom had an assigned parking spot and someone else was parked there. Staff recommended that I block the other vehicle in, but I did not want to do that only to be disturbed later to move my vehicle to let them out. Apparently towing was not an option. Beautiful property with great location, but the service is terribly inconsistent - server at the Mansion bar was great - everything else was lacking. Completely unacceptable for the price point and falls short of the level they are advertising.

Overall the resort is a step into luxury. Love all that the grounds offer from games to coffee shop/store to fire pit sitting areas. A shuttle around the property is available and was a welcome. We stayed in an area with more of a time share vibe. Next time I want to be near the mansion. Great for families, dogs and getaway.
