We’ve been staying here the last couple of years for our family reunion. This year I got the 1 bedroom chalet with kitchen. It was very roomy, bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room were great. It makes such a difference having the refrigerator and coffee maker. The place is very clean, staff are very attentive and you can tell they take great pride in taking care of the place. The porches are a great place to have coffee or cocktails and the family ended their nights looking at stars. Location is epic, as the water is a quick stroll from the chalet. Nothing like walking down to the water at the end of the day so the kids can take a dip. It is truly a magical place and we look forward to our annual getaway every year. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Nice rustic little cabin. Surrounded by trees. The lake is right there! There is a number to call and they'll bring towels to use at the lake. Bring your floaty, pool noodle, paddle board, etc. The lake is chill, swimmers, paddle boards, pontoon boats. We didn't see any jet skis or anything fast when we were floating around. The cabin has balcony with seating, a kitchen, living room with tv & fireplace, dining room , 2 bedrooms, 1 shower, 2 toilets. One bedroom has a tv. There's a place to get ice and do laundry. There's a spa on the property to book a massage, which is great after doing some of the amazing hikes in the area. There's a beautiful golf course, looks like you'll need a straight shot to avoid hitting one of the gorgeous trees, which provide shade and are plentiful. There's also sport courts for tennis or pickleball. Oh! And there are picnic tables and barbeque grills in front of the cabins. We grilled steaks one day and hotdogs another day. They told us we get 10% off in the resort restaurant, and there are lots of restaurants and stores in cute little towns a short drive away.

Our first time here but not our last. It was a great experience for our anniversary from checking in for our room to the club house and even the resturant. Kat from the lodging side of the resort is so sweet! She went above and beyond with sharing information on what to do and what to see! Chase from the club house, welcomed us with a smile and had great suggestions for breakfast. The golf course was in great shape. Everyone we came across on the course who puts in the hard work to keep it looking pristine were very nice, with a smile and a wave! Highly recommend Mount Shasta Resort!

The rooms were alright, as there was no dishwasher, so hand washing all dishes was tiring. The view and peace is very-nice, and hiking trails are short, and close by. Resteraunt and fast food chains are easily accesible with at max a 10 minute drive.

Great area, cheap supplies, cheap service, poor quality overall. It was definitely not worth the price, the quality equals motel 6 . Only good area, other than that an absolute shame. The room smelled like dollar tree cheapest supplies. Also got allergies from their bedding. The shower was dirty and smelled very bad. Terrible experience overall.
