My experience: I booked on Expedia, big mistake much higher than going directly through the property. The check in was confusing, but desk people were nice, never really got the information I wanted. But It was probably a Expedia issue. Everyone wants to pay more for a room if they can right. Just be aware of lots of hidden fees regardless of saying the price listed is the total cost . Ok the property: staff was seemingly nice, Room was clean. The location is good . If you are on the second floor I have to assume you see the bay. The lower floor you see a brick wall with some landscape. The rest of the grounds are well maintained. So it’s ok , but personally for me I would rather of stayed somewhere else if i would have known the full cost up front. I would not go back or recommend to a friend. That’s my experience.

We booked a 2 Queen Bay View room for 2 nights and paid nearly $400 per night with taxes and fees. Check-in was quick and easy, and there were some aspects of the property we genuinely enjoyed. The large lawn area with live music created a fun atmosphere, and the private jacuzzi was a pleasant surprise that added to our stay. The view was exceptional. EV charging was available but not included. Unfortunately, several issues led us to leave early and forfeit our second night. The walls appear to have very little sound insulation, and we were kept awake by men with deep voices having boisterous conversations and a television blasting from the neighboring room. The beds were also extremely firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. One of the biggest surprises was discovering that the balconies are shared between rooms. This was not clear during booking, and it resulted in an uncomfortable situation where a male guest on the neighboring balcony was able to see into our room while I was changing. The man walked by multiple times while I attempted to close the curtains. The room itself felt very dated and was not as clean as expected for the price point. The bathroom, in particular, appeared decades old, with little evidence of renovation beyond a newer toilet. I brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk staff during our stay. The employee I spoke with was polite and told me she would discuss the issues with her manager and follow up with us. Unfortunately, we never heard back from anyone, which added to our disappointment and left us feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously. While the location and outdoor amenities have appeal, the lack of privacy, poor soundproofing, uncomfortable beds, dated accommodations, and lack of follow-up regarding our concerns made the experience disappointing, especially at nearly $400 per night. My husband and I work very hard and drove nearly 7 hours to stay here. Sadly, we will not be returning. l especially since we were not contacted by the manager or granted a refund.

A nice little course situated on the south end of the bay with easy access to MDO state park. The greens were in good shape and rolled true. Lost two balls that should have been found, but rough is thick. Course also has disc golf baskets and foot golf holes. Great views, good food and service. Perfect weekend getaway for family. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful weekend stay here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and many offer great views of the course and the water. It was so nice to wake up, grab breakfast at the Clubhouse, and walk right onto the first tee. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for a quiet Central Coast getaway.

I love how dog friendly Sea Pines is. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice. The area is quiet and bucolic. They have live concerts in the summer with great drinks and delicious snacks. The restaurant is okay. I like how I get the hot tub to myself with 30 minute reservation spots. The grounds are nice and clean. They have a 9 hole golf course, a driving range, and a putting area. The lobby has DVDs you rent for free to watch in your room with movie treats for purchase.
