The course itself is really fun, very short 18 hole course with approx 4300 yards. We played around 4-4.5 hours with little to almost no waiting times. 9 par 3, 8 par 4 and just one par 5. absolute downside is every couple minutes extremely loud noises of the airplanes once it’s right next to the airport, this ruined the game abit for me.

Westchester Golf Course is a gem, especially for those who love to play after dark! The fact that they have lights makes it one of the best spots in the area for evening rounds, allowing you to enjoy the game even after the sun goes down. Beyond the convenience, the staff and fellow golfers create a welcoming and friendly environment, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced players. Whether you’re learning the game or just looking for a casual round in a relaxed setting, Westchester delivers. Well-maintained, accessible, and perfect for all skill levels—I highly recommend it!

$18 for a medium and $21 for a large bucket of range balls. Costs as much to play 9 holes at Penmar. Beautiful spacious range though.

Four stars is still excellent.. it is a public course, so anyone can play. The greens had just been aerated, they are always trying to make the course enjoyable. Some players don't repair divots on greens, but they are very playable..

As a newer golfer I would not recommend coming to this course. I’d played here a couple times before with no issue but today was utterly absurd. Even though me and my group I went with today aren’t scratch golfers or good by any means, we know how to play and respect course etiquette. On hole 2 we were waiting for the group in front of us to finish and was met with rude remarks from the Marshall, who arrogantly treated us like delinquent 12 year olds and then proceed to ridicule our shots. Later a gentleman in our group lost his wallet, it was returned shortly thereafter with all the cash ($170) missing. Wonder how that happened. On hole 15 the group behind us (which had not yet finished their hole) harassed someone in our group who was golfing their first time. He was taking a practice swing and accidentally broke a tee. To which the group behind us complained about pace of play and that bad golfers should not be allowed on the course. This broken tee maybe added another 20-30 seconds to the shot. It was frankly beyond uncalled for. Ruined the golf experience for a long time at this course will take my game elsewhere. Very uncomfortable experience
