Course is in good spring shape. Greens appear recently aerated but mostly recovered. Pace was reasonable — completed our middle-day weekend round in 5 hours. Be sure to bring enough water, there are no refill stations on course.

I hate rating this place 3 stars because I see the good bones there. It's a great layout with a lot of fun holes, but man, this place was in capital R rough shape when I played it. There wasn't a discernible fairway on most holes as everything was shaggy, and the rough was wild. There were three instances when I lost my ball off my tee shot in the fairway. On the good side the greens are well kept and the price was good for a weekend (56 walking). Overall, with some TLC this place could be a real fun spot. Also the little par 3 course looked fun. Hope to come back here when they can get it back in shape.

Definitely a little rough around the edges but they are working on some improvements. Relatively affordable for 18 and a mix of challenging holes. Tee boxes are ok and greens were in great shape. Finding your ball if you're not on the fairway was tricky at times. The rough is definitely rougher than many places I've played. Overall...Makes for a fun day out as long as you temper your expectations (It's not Pebble Beach).

Meh, fun with some awkward holes. Bit overpriced IMHO. Not in the best shape, fairways are 4 stars but bunkers and dry areas bring down the course condition to 3.5 stars overall. Greens are pretty good shape. Sneaky fast and most puts don’t break. They do pretty good for the location, dry needs a lot of water and you can tell by the puddles in places that don’t drain.

In a tournament here on July 4th. Greens in pretty good condition. Lots of standing water and mud in the fairways. Why? It's as if you're being penalized because you hit your drive right down the middle of the fairway but into a 20' X 40' swamp. And it's not just on 2 or 3 holes. It's like that on almost every hole! Beautiful, sunny and relatively windless day until the afternoon. It's like playing winter rules in the middle of Summer?
