The outdoor mall was great place to explore the areas when Victoria Gardens opened on October 28th, 2004 and I can start creating new memories that will last forever!

BEST OUTDOOR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE in the IE! I personally love Victoria Gardens vast selection of stores and bustling feel. Prices are decent, and parking is free. I'm so happy we STILL have a communal shopping hub unlike the dead malls spread across SoCal. Victoria Gardens is also lined with tons of eateries and activities. I recently stopped by to visit The Escape Game and had a blast. Service is solid across the stores and businesses. Everything is family-friendly (check out the cute train ride for kids) and relaxed. I enjoy visiting VG's Coffee Bean and strolling with friends and family. The foliage is so pretty here.

It's official; the management of this mall have lost their freaking minds. Handing out warning notices to people who park in the interior lots without paying the parking meters. Went and got lunch which took under 30 mins and came back to this. IMAGINE GETTING YOUR CAR TOWED OVER A PARKING METER? sounds like a huge racket with the towing companies. Soon it will be towing and/or tickets I'm sure. It wouldn't be so bad if the meters accepted change. Everything wants your card now. I always hated this mall for the way they incorporate cars into it with a ton of pedestrians around. But they do have a lot of good stores. It's bad enough driving thru it during peak hours like evenings or weekends. The holidays are a straight nightmare. I see little reason to come here anymore. We went to Ontario mills and found way better deals
