So there is this one specific lady she knows who she is. She Is an unprofessional lady. Not even a lady, she is a little girl. She acts like a little girl. I had spoken to her about a letter I received, the little girl was absolutely rude about it and hung up in the middle of me speaking. I called back and asked to speak to the person that just hung up on me and her so proudly she was like “ yes that’s me “ as I was about to speak she hung up immediately again. I have no idea how they still have this person here. That is absolutely no way to speak to your tenants even if you still have 2 months left before your lease. Of course they aren’t going to do anything about her which is absolutely wrong as well. All they will do is read your review and go on with there day. Do not rent here. They are rude and unprofessional and have no common sense. If you don’t like your job then why are you even there. This lady must be living miserable due to the way she speaks to her tenants. From everyone that I met here they’ve told me from the start that there is this one lady who is a really unprofessional and is extremely rude. I didn’t believe it until now. Don’t waist your money on these rat & cockroach infested apartments. It is not worth it all. Lindsay Management needs to do a better job on hiring professional people.

I love this community. The office managers are friendly. The maintenance team is quick to respond and work hard to keep the grounds looking nice. I feel safe and this is my third year here! As long as you pay your rent and abide by your lease, living here will be a great experience.

Played golf here today. Somehow management let a group of 8 play (max everywhere else is 4), and was stuck behind them for almost 30 minutes at every tee box. We were stuck playing this god awful course for almost 4 hours (Normal is 2). Bunkers are hard as a rock, fairways are full of dead spots, and it’s cart path only. Would love a refund (more expensive than Bella Vista) but I doubt that will happen.

I have had several issues during my time at The Links at Springdale, but my most recent experience was beyond unacceptable. On Christmas Eve, my garbage disposal broke and began bubbling up with dirty, foul-smelling water. It was not something I discovered, but an issue that happened suddenly. When maintenance initially came, the worker added more water to the sink while trying to fix it but could not resolve the issue. I had to submit another work order, and the head of maintenance came on December 26 while I was out of town. When I returned on December 28, I was horrified to find my kitchen in complete disarray. Dirty, brown water was splattered all over my sink, counters, floor, and appliances, including my air fryer, blender, and can opener. The stench was overwhelming and had spread through my entire kitchen and living room. I also had to throw away food because the boxes were soaked with mildew from the water. It is shocking and unacceptable that the head of maintenance, someone who should be setting the standard, would leave my apartment in such a state. This level of negligence is inexcusable and demonstrates a total lack of care or professionalism. To make matters worse, when I called the management office to report the situation, they acted as if this was somehow my fault, suggesting that I left dirty water in the sink or caused the mess myself. Let me be clear: I did not leave my home in this condition. This mess was caused by their repair process and lack of cleanup. I reached out to Lindsey Management’s corporate office with detailed information, but they never responded. The fact that both local and corporate management have failed to take accountability shows how little they value their residents. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up in September, and I strongly urge anyone considering living here to think twice. This property does not live up to its claims of being “top-rated,” and my experience is proof of how poorly they handle resident concerns.

apartments are clean but the women at the front desk specifically the white woman with blonde hair (45) is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I’m not allowed in the apartment UPSTAIRS gym for unintentionally “slamming weights” with no warning and was told my boyfriend wouldn’t be allowed to come either who is on my lease because “i ruined it for all on my lease” insane.
