We went up there this morning when they opened because we woke up at 6 this morning to our bedroom floor being flooded. The door was locked and I heard them say “oh my god” before unlocking it. The lady said “we just opened.” They were very dismissive to the issue, no reassurance. One lady who seemed to just be a leasing agent was the only one talking. “We know, a pipe busted, we have a carpet guy out there now who’s gonna look at it.” Just very rude and not how you professionally treat tenants who almost pay $1,000 to live in an apartment that also had sewage issues in the very beginning of us living here and refused to clean up caked tissue, feces and piss of the side walk during the summer for almost three months. Because “we don’t deal with maintenance“

The pool is never open the golf course is always closed worst place ever. Cockroaches everywhere you can’t get them to come spray just nasty moved in the oven was broken scared to use might catch on fire (could be a blessing). The dishwasher was sitting sideways in the counter filled out a long list of issues and the manager never called about them after getting the paperwork. Was totally lied to about this place DO NOT RENT HERE

If you have to deal with Irene. I’m sorry. She’s the worst at her job ever and I hope she gets fired. Never have i experienced horrid customer service that from her. Please get rid of her. Thank you.

Do NOT rent here! I moved in on September 8th and moved out September 15th! Roach infestation, raggedy, and dirty/nasty! Not to mention having an electrical issue also. And behind the refrigerator was ridiculous! The door frames look like they been up since 1940 and the refrigerator had mold in it! My apartment was not move in ready! To be paying 800 dollars in rent, it was definitely not worth it! And don’t get me started on the manager and her smart mouth! The apartments can’t be as raggedy as they are and yall have poor customer service too! I’m glad to be gone!

Since day 1 we have had many problems. Moved in without a working refrigerator. Took them 2 weeks to get us one from a different apartment. One of the doors had a hole in it and they said they would order a new one, we have been here 6 months and still no new door. Our washing machine has been broken for a month and a half and I was told a new one would be purchased, still no working washing machine. If people smoke, it comes through your vents. Ants come through the windows. They are suppose to come and change the air filters every 3 months, but this does not happen on time and the same for pest control. I've been here 6 months and have not seen pest control and they have only changed the air filter once. Some neighbors are nice, others are awake vacuuming and running around upstairs at 3am, you can hear other neighbors yelling and making a scene from different buildings. Also, on weekends (Thursday to Sunday aparently) you won't be able to find a decent place to park your vehicle because of other peoples guests always being there. You can send complaints and requests all you want, but nothing really gets solved.
