the structure on these apartments are awful , spiders , ants , roaches , etc. “pest control” is non existent. to pay almost 1000 dollars is just crazy. get it together.

We went up there this morning when they opened because we woke up at 6 this morning to our bedroom floor being flooded. The door was locked and I heard them say “oh my god” before unlocking it. The lady said “we just opened.” They were very dismissive to the issue, no reassurance. One lady who seemed to just be a leasing agent was the only one talking. “We know, a pipe busted, we have a carpet guy out there now who’s gonna look at it.” Just very rude and not how you professionally treat tenants who almost pay $1,000 to live in an apartment that also had sewage issues in the very beginning of us living here and refused to clean up caked tissue, feces and piss of the side walk during the summer for almost three months. Because “we don’t deal with maintenance“

I advise everyone to look pass these apartments.. They maintenance is HORRIBLE, I had a rat in my apartment, mold in the bathroom, they keep going up on the rent for no reason at all, they don’t make upgrades to the units, walls thin you can hear your neighbors. Something is always broken in my apartment, I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE!! They don’t care about the tenants!

Too many COCKroaches. Managers constantly lie and make promises they can't fulfill. Rent constantly going up with nothing show for it. Fitness center is a joke and I wouldn't recommend moving here. Best decision of my life was getting away from here. You better bring a cart full of Raid if you do

Do NOT rent here! I moved in on September 8th and moved out September 15th! Roach infestation, raggedy, and dirty/nasty! Not to mention having an electrical issue also. And behind the refrigerator was ridiculous! The door frames look like they been up since 1940 and the refrigerator had mold in it! My apartment was not move in ready! To be paying 800 dollars in rent, it was definitely not worth it! And don’t get me started on the manager and her smart mouth! The apartments can’t be as raggedy as they are and yall have poor customer service too! I’m glad to be gone!
