I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. They charge out the ass while not bothering to fix anything up ever. While maintenance is very nice, half the time the issue just gets barely fixed and breaks again. They’re very greedy and don’t want to spend money to make sure their properties stay actually nice and not just nice superficially. My water heater broke and so my water bill and electric bills were insanely high and it’s been like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse me for THEIR FAULTY APPLIANCES. When they finally cut me a check it was an absolutely laughable amount. Giving them two stars ONLY because maintenance are nice. Office ladies are scattered and don’t really seem like they know what’s going on half the time. There’s constant issues with mold (which they won’t actually take care of, they just have their guys come out and paint over it-wish I was kidding), pests (which if it’s outside of time for them to have Rid-A-Pest do their quarterly sprays, they’ll tell you to figure it out yourself- like sorry your building has a brown recluse problem- that’s not really on me???), and dog poop EVERYWHERE. The high price of the apartment would maybe be made a little less egregious based on the amenities, the gym being one, but 90% of the gym equipment doesn’t work and they’re too cheap to fix it. I could go on and on. I like the area, but this company is terrible. Do not recommend living here. Insane that I pay almost $1000 a month for a shitty 1 bedroom (when I first moved in I was paying $700!), have never been late on rent once, and they can’t even bother to actually properly reimburse me on bills I’m struggling to pay because their appliances broke. Just greedy and selfish. Don’t recommend living here or any Lindsey property, which seems to be a common sentiment among any person I’ve talked to. All of their properties are like this.

The golf course itself is actually very nice. The fairways are well-kept, the greens roll true, and the layout is solid. Honestly, no complaints about the course conditions at all. The problem is the experience before you even tee off. The guy at the front desk completely ruins it. From the second we walked in, he acted like we were inconveniencing him just by being there. Super cold, impatient, and talked down to us like we were on tour and expected to play perfectly. God forbid you ask a simple question — you get attitude instead of help. He also made a big deal about keeping our pace of play up, which is fair — nobody likes slow play. But the ironic part is we were literally waiting on the group in front of us the entire round. We couldn’t go any faster even if we wanted to. So being lectured about pace before we even started just felt unnecessary and frustrating. Golf is supposed to be enjoyable. Not everyone is a scratch golfer, and not everyone knows every little rule or procedure. Instead of being welcoming, he makes it feel tense and uncomfortable. It’s frustrating because the course deserves better representation. If management fixed the front desk attitude problem, this place would easily be a 5-star experience. Until then, be prepared for a great course and a terrible first impression

Was thinking of moving here. Looks decent nice things to do walking trail n all. But wouldn’t want my kids playing outside and neighbors b smoking their marijuana. Was very disappointed when I seen that. Do wat u want inside ur apt but even then windows open all the smoke was coming up stairs. Put a compliant but still doing it. No thank u! I’ll go to double tree.

Golf course is pretty fun, it’s the old guys in the golf shop that bring it down. Every time I go in there they are in a terrible mood, and make you feel like you’re bothering them by playing. I will PREPAY online and won’t let me on the course, or won’t be allowed a rain check. They have a great evening staff, but the older guys during the day are very unpleasant.
