This is a great apartment complex. It’s quiet, well-maintained, and the golf course is a lot of fun! The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, but still tucked away enough to avoid traffic and noise. Maintenance has been excellent. They’re fast, professional, and actually fix things right the first time. No complaints at all. If you’re looking for a peaceful, reliable place to live, this is a solid choice.

One of the nicest nine hole courses I've played. Good staff and lots of fun. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping the course looking good and the greens smooth. Their putting and chipping area is very nice as well. I highly reccomend this location for a great experience. If your cart runs out of juice before you do all you have to do is call the front office and they'll send a replacement in no time. I really enjoy the people and the course. I'm an amateur golfer at best but the layout and difficulty of the greens is very nice. I play as often as I can.

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here. Most of them that i see are just because people did not read the lease agreement very well and all complaints are things that it plainly states that the apartments are not responsible for. I have lived here for 10 years. Is there noise? YES this is an apartment complex, people have kids and dogs and you are going to hear them. I have had quiet neighbors and i have had very noisy neighbors which i dealt with because that is apart of apartment life. Never once have i turned anyone in for noise. Also it clearly states their policy on mold in the contract along with pests. They have ALWAYS came around for regular pest control and in my 10 years i have only had one issue and that was because my downstairs neighbor had an infestation and it got up to my apartment. The Links sent out a professional pest control company, i had to move out for a few days due to the chemicals used but they completely fixed the problem at no charge to me and i have not had a problem since. Any time i have ever had an appliance break down they always fix it at no charge. Yes there are car break ins but that happens even in the expensive neighborhoods in maumelle and its mostly cars that are left unlocked, so heres an idea LOCK YOUR CARS. Also the links is not responsible for your car getting broke into or if golf balls hit your car which it clearly states in the lease. the links have since put up security cameras and the car break ins seemed to have went down alot. The management has always been very helpful and nice to me anytime i needed anything from them. I love my little apartment and don't plan on moving out anytime soon as home ownership comes with ALOT of extra expenses. When something breaks here its fixed with no expense to me. Also renters insurance is very cheap and if you are in an apartment you should have it to protect yourself and your belongings as that is not the responsibility of the Links either. Anyways that is my 10 year experience with them i have been very happy! 😊

Pretty nice apartments! We lived here for a year. Just like any other apartment you can hear your neighbors. We could hear them the most when they were outside smoking. The pool area and the clubhouse were really nice! I used the tanning beds. We didn’t interact much with the staff but they were nice the few times we did.

I had a great experience at this apartment complex! The clubhouse was always spotless, and the office staff were incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly. Plus, considering all the amenities, including the clubhouse and golf course, I think the price is fantastic. Highly recommend!
