Elevation is gentle, but strategic bunkers and ponds ask you to place tee shots to open the best angles into greens. The layout builds nicely, with a stout finishing stretch that rewards confident driving and precise distance control. Conditions are consistently good for a muni, and the course's balance of challenge and playability makes it popular with league players and traveling golfers alike.

Burns park is my go to golf course in the area to knock out an early morning 9 or 18 holes, the Championship side is very well kept up and the greens look amazing, the tournament side is a good challenge too, the staff is always friendly, great prices for green fees and cart rentals, if you need golf lessons, this is the place to go, Joe Ralston is an excellent golf instructor

Very nice public course. The driving range was good. The greens were firm and fast. ByIt was a little crowded, but no issues. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will return.

was an extremely nice park before a tornado took several trees down and caused the camping area to close, I never tride out the golf course but we did get to stay several weeks camping in our RV. Did not see any area for tent camping. each camp site at that time was provide a small pile of wood for their fire pit. each site was furnished with picnic-table.
