I thought for the price the course was in fair shape, the fairways, and most of those areas in decent shape, the greens tend to get a little more beat up when it is wet or winter time due to the type of grass. But the thing I was the most upset about is $15 for 20 range balls. There should be some type of warning after paying 60+ dollars for golf that you will have to pay $15 for some range balls that you can’t really even warm up with.

Beautifully laid out course.... Brownstone will challenge anyone with a fear of water hazards... I have never seen a course with sooooo much water!!! I played in mid November, so between all the leaves blowing and collecting in the low areas and all the water hazards, I lost alot, and I mean alot, of balls!!!! That being said, I heard that the property have had an ownership change (was Cypress View Golf) and improvements are being made. The staff were very friendly. The pro shop and the lounge were nice. I am looking forward to coming back in the late spring or early summer when the course greens up and the leaves have been cleaned up.

Challenging layout, fairways & trees are in good shape. Greens are in poor shape, lots of dead and bare spots. Cart paths are a disaster, broken concrete everywhere, be prepared for some bone-jarring bumps. Worst thing is the holes aren’t properly numbered and there is no course map. If you haven’t played here before, you need a guide. Over priced for the shape it’s in, I’ve played lots of better courses for half the money.

Definately not a $72 course. Greens overall not in great shape. No ball washers to be found. Full bar inside if you want to sit around and get drunk. Kind of hoping we take this course off our list.

I played this course with one of my IG buddies. Nice track, very challenging. I only lost 2 balls. 💪🏽 On a not so great note, the restroom on the course is disgusting. Please address this ASAP!
