Very nice par 3 course. Every hole is a par 3. Elevation changes. Sand traps. Island greens. Course in great shape. Great value for working on your short game.

I’ve played this course many times over the last 14 years that my dad lived in Harrison. We played this past Thursday. Here are the issues: course itself is very well kept. Starting with the price, almost $19 for 9 holes with cart. The price used to be $8 with cart a couple years ago. No military discount anymore from the current guy behind the desk. Argued with me that the price has always been $19 per 9. Clearly not as you can see by other reviews. Even the sign in sheet showed $8, but he said that was “old” pricing. A par 3 course should NEVER be priced like a full length 18 hole course. I’m from Dallas, and prices are regularly $20-$40 for 18.

Wow Lindsay Properties are a real class act there is no budget for snow removal or salt to melt ice??? Renter beware there has been no updates since they were built. Its like an old run down motel that lost its franchise! I promise the ice and path to back apartments is so dangerous I just hope someone does not fall!! Its unsafe and poorly managed. For all the 3 day late on rent eviction notices....maybe they should use the late fees and plan a budget like a professional property management company!

I HAVE LIVED AT THE LINKS YEAR'S AGO FOR A VERY LONG TIME. AND THE LANDLORD AND MAINTANCE WAS ALWAYS DOING THERER JOB'S. AND SEEING THE BAD REVIEWS THOSE ARE TENANTS THAT HAVE BEEN EVICTED FOR FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR WAS CAUSING ISSUES WITH OTHER TENANTS OR VIOLATION OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT. WHEN I HAD TO MOVE I HAD TO MOVE QUICK DUE TO A FAMILY ISSUE. AND THEY ALLOWED ME TO RELOCATE AND HELP WITH FAMILY. AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE OFFICE. THEY WAS WILLING TO LET ME MOVE BACK WITHOUT HAVING TO BE ON THE WAITING LIST. AND I WAS HAPPY MOVING BACK AND UP STAIR'S AGAIN WHERE IT'S QUIET. AND HAS FOR MAINTANCE I NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH THEM. CAUSE WHEN MY DISHWASHER WAS NOT WORKING. THEY QUICKLY GOT IT REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. AND WHEN I REPORTED THE FORMER NEIGHBOR WHO LIVED DOWN STAIR'S FOR SMOKING POT AND THE LANDLORD TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO MEDICAL CARD. I CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY KNOCKED ON THE DOOR AND THE FORMER NEIGHBOR WAS ARRESTED FOR SUPPLYING MINORS WITH DRUGS AND ALCHOAL.

We stayed here for our full year lease agreement. Always paid rent on time, never was late, or anything. A few weeks ago we had moved out due to our lease ending on August 28th. We signed the paper saying we wanted to move out on August 16th. When we signed the paper they said that’s all they needed and to give them their keys when we left which we did. I called them asking about our security deposit today and they said since we didn’t give them 30 days notice that we were gonna leave we wouldn’t be getting any of the security deposit back. Our lease was ending on the 28th, why would we stay another year especially since they were going to raise the rent to almost 700 dollars with no pet fees included and we pay our own utilities other than trash? For anyone who’s thinking about staying here DONT. They will scam you any second they get. The links at Harrison is a JOKE.
