Very nice par 3 course. Every hole is a par 3. Elevation changes. Sand traps. Island greens. Course in great shape. Great value for working on your short game.

I’ve played this course many times over the last 14 years that my dad lived in Harrison. We played this past Thursday. Here are the issues: course itself is very well kept. Starting with the price, almost $19 for 9 holes with cart. The price used to be $8 with cart a couple years ago. No military discount anymore from the current guy behind the desk. Argued with me that the price has always been $19 per 9. Clearly not as you can see by other reviews. Even the sign in sheet showed $8, but he said that was “old” pricing. A par 3 course should NEVER be priced like a full length 18 hole course. I’m from Dallas, and prices are regularly $20-$40 for 18.

This experience has been nothing short of a headache. When my roommate and I moved in, the office staff misplaced my roommates half of the lease agreement for about an hour. Upon moving in, we discovered that the apartment was not fully prepared for our arrival. It took four maintenance requests to address a simple leak in the dishwasher. Additionally, maintenance has attempted to access the apartment unprompted and without our request on at least a couple of occasions. For some reason, they felt it necessary to epoxy the countertop, which resulted in epoxy paint being sprayed all over the dishwasher, our air fryer, coffee table, and couch. It has now been three weeks, and the epoxy situation remains unresolved. Every call to corporate and the office is met with responses like, "I don't know. I understand your frustration, but I don't know when I'll have more information. I'll call you."

Would rather be homeless than live in one of these cheap apartments. Better off waiting to move in to one of the new apartments being built next to it. Customer service is terrible and they don’t know how to do their jobs. Too cheap to upgrade any appliances or put in new carpet because the apartments stink. Overall, if you move to Harrison, AR stay as far away from these apartments as possible.

Do NOT rent from this company!!!! They have been refusing to finsh setting up a apartment for a tenant with 4 kids. They lived there for 5 plus days without Heat and a working refrigerator. They lost their food and don't have door handles on some doors, hasn't been repainted or cleaned, no microwave and a leaking washing machine, and still discolored walls from past tenants pets. And they made her pay deposit and said it would be ready, still not ready and they have to stay there since they paid for it. What worthless company would treat any human like this especially a family with kids!!!
